“Was in again for lunch today. Poke bowls are always fresh and delicious, and the service is very friendly and fast. Prices are also fair, especially when you consider this tasty and healthy meal is about the same price as a fast food meal or sub sandwich. We are fortunate to have them in town.“

“I’m updating my review after giving Ohkami Ramen several more visits, and I’ve got to say; what a turnaround. The difference in service is night and day. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly, checks in regularly, and actually seems to care that you’re having a good experience. It feels like management really took the feedback to heart and made the necessary changes. The whole place runs smoother, more organized, and the energy feels positive now.

The food, on the other hand, has always been rock solid and that’s one thing that never changed. What continues to impress me most is how consistent it is. Every bowl of ramen, every plate of gyoza, and every pork belly bun comes out just as perfect as the last time. The flavors are rich, balanced, and clearly crafted with care. That kind of consistency in quality says a lot about the pride this kitchen takes in what they do.

You can tell this team has found their rhythm. The space feels more inviting, the service matches the level of the food, and it’s now an experience that delivers from start to finish. I don’t hand out five stars easily, but Ohkami earned every bit of it. It’s officially one of my go-to spots, and I’m glad I gave it another chance and they truly stepped it up across the board.“

“small ramen with big flavors. I enjoyed everything from the chill atmosphere to amazing food. the blend of Peruvian cuisine with traditional Japanese dishes is a match made in foodie heaven. I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. I highly recommend going there and finding out on your own...“

“Absolutely loved this place. The spicy miso ramen was packed with flavor—rich, comforting, and with just the right amount of heat. You can tell a lot of care goes into the broth. “This was our first time trying Ramen so we have nothing else to compare it too. We saw this place had great reviews, and we both love soup so we gave it a try. I had the vegetable ramen and my husband had the beef ramen. We both thought our ramen soups were very good! Next time I’d like to try one of their Thai soups. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t speak English well so it was hard for her to explain their various soups they had. We would definitely come again. I recommend Ji Bei Chuan in Edison!“

“The food was quite delightful. When we came in we were seated immediately. Our orders were taken within 2 minutes and the food came out just 5 minutes later. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The authenticity was also quite marvelous. Definitely coming back!

Kid-friendliness: Pretty kid friendly. I saw that there were high seats for children and small kids enjoying everything.

Wheelchair accessibility: You have to get up stairs to go here so it might not be the best option but if you manage to get up, there is quite a lot of space for a wheelchair“

“Excellent Ramen. Great service. Great little spot. The kimchi they bring you is divine, spicey, and delicious. The Spicey Ramen I had was amazing, even down to delicious bean sprouts. The spring rolls were on point. By far the best shrimp tempora I've had. Simple, light, crisp and delicious. Oh and the house sake was fantastic. If you're in the area, check this place out. “Never got to order anything, but I wanted to shout out the great bartender. He’s a really fun guy to talk to. I crashed at one of the seats here for a few moments to look something up, and the bartender welcomed me with a glass of water, and even gave me some water to go, even though I had never even ordered anything. I've come here abt 20*** times so far and I've never had a bad food experience. I've had sushi from a lot of other AYCE, all you can eat, sushi places and I think this one is the best in terms of quality and variety. It's about $30 per person.

The fish here tastes fresh and NOT watered down like other places I've been to. The miso soup is good here too, it doesn't taste artificial and sweet like other places.

The special rolls are a little questionable, there are a lot of special rolls that aren't my type and extremely filling but I like the sashimi and regular rolls. The salmon is good here, so I always get salmon sashimi and Alaska rolls.

They also have other foods available in their AYCE like shumai, sesame chicken, lo mein, and calamari, takoyaki, etc. Most of their non-sushi items are good too. I have some friends who don't like seafood but they still get the ayce.

ONE THING TO NOTE, if you come here with a party of 5 or more, you will be charged a 15% service fee.“
