“AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! The food was absolutely amazing. The flavors, customer service, presentation and overall feel of this place left such a great impact on my friends and I. I literally tried it on Wednesday, and came back with a friend the very next day. My order: Afro Burrito with Chicken; Peanut Stew served over jasmine rice and hot sauce“
“Great music and hookah. They put a lot of work into this place to make it comfortable and such a vibe. Definitely a place I’ll keep going to on weekends with friends. Weekdays are more chill, I go sometimes to just relax and have a hookah while listening to good music and being in a cool atmosphere. The ambiance is everything and comfortable couches.“

“The Healthy in Dyckman Juice Bar is one of my new favorites! The variety of food options available is mind boggling and I mean that in a good way. As someone who doesn’t eat dairy, I love it here. My favorite thing I’ve tried so far is the Salmon rice bowl. It’s so healthy, delicious, filling, and well priced! The avocado toast with the eggs was hitting too! You must give this gem a try. Thanks Juan for your great service today.Dietary restrictions: If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or don’t eat dairy this place you’ll feel right at home. Healthy vibes apply.“

“Beautiful cafe shop in the area. I got a Buddha Bowl from here and it was so delicious. I ended up taking it home and microwaving it. It had brown rice on the bottom and everything paired so well. Glad to know there are healthy options in the area. When i was checking out the barista said they also did happy hour at 5pm and i was shocked because i didn’t expect them to have liquor. They had menu to accommodate breakfast lunch or dinner“

“The interior is very cute, but the space is too small for people to sit and eat coffee or bread.Personally, I recommend iced tiramisu latte because it is so delicious.Parking: There's a lot to say about this...After confirming that I could park for free inside the building, I went in and parked... but I couldn't enter the building itself, so I had to call someone when I went in, and when I went back to pick up my car, I had to call someone, but there was no response and there was no place to ask, so I had to drive directly into the basement. I walked down the street.“

“Elena is the best! I called her to ask what the best pasta would be for the sauce I was making that day. She not only suggested some slight revisions to my sauce, but gave me the best service when I arrived to select the pasta. She is always ready to suggest the best pairing: pasta and sauce, or fresh baked pastry and coffee!Elena conducts her business with a smile and makes you feel like you are the only customer in the world. It’s like having a little slice of Italy right in Harlem!I love the atmosphere here; the food is incredible, and the cherry on top: unparalleled customer service! A truly local experience and one to treasure!Dietary restrictions: There are vegan and gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: The staff always greet my children with so much enthusiasm and happiness! There are children’s books and seating available for children.Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs to the restaurant and steps to get inside the restaurant.“

“Bright, clean space with seating. The food took a few minutes to prepare because it was being freshly prepared. I had a turkey sandwich which was served toasted with thick bacon and it was delicious. The service was great too. Very glad this opened in the neighborhood.“

“I got the matcha cloud latte and their classic corn dog. Both were delicious and made for a great quick lunch on a busy day. Combined with the sunny weather, the good food perked me back up for more work in the afternoon…Absolutely loved the corn dog! The outside was crispy and textured and the inside meaty and had a nice snap. Condiments were self serve and, although there was ketchup and mustard, they were out of cheese and any other sauce. Was disappointed by that but still goodThe cloud latte tasted great the first few sips but I realized it was 50% ice much to my dismay. It was embarrassing because I brought it to the school library afterwards and I kept trying to drink but it was ALL ICE so i kept making slurping noises. It still looked full because of the matcha coating the sides of the cup and THE ICE. Infuriating but it did taste good and it was on me to forget to ask for no ice“

“I was back in my hometown for a short trip and wanted to work remote from a cafe. I did a quick Yelp search and stumbled across Marimba Cafe - the new name caught my eye and the aesthetics and offerings here solidified my decision. I don't think I've ever come across a sit down Latin cafe here in Bergen County so to me, since moving away, it's the first of its kind. Also first of its kind to proudly offer CBD infused menu items. I believe they just opened in November! The vibes in here are immaculate. My favorite feature is the stone floor - it just transports you somewhere new! The color scheme in here is also appealing, and the Latin music made me want to dance while I took on meetings haha. Overall, really solid branding and concept. Since I was working west coast hours, I spent the whole afternoon into close here. It's a really great place to work as there were other people working remote. They have comfortable seating and outlets conveniently located along the booth. I will say though that the booth seating was just a tad too high for the table so it took some time getting used to. Also, they do play the music fairly loud (a must) in here so it can be a tad distracting if you're taking meetings and have to speak. Since I stayed here for over 5 hours, I was able to observe the sense of community Marimba has fostered - they greet customers like friends! I also saw on their Instagram that they host community events like paint nights and dance nights and support other local businesses with their La Placita Sundays. I love everything this business is about. I ordered the coquito latte hot and a pan de bono. The latte was solid and I wish the pan de bono was just a bit bigger! I would love to try more here. Congrats to the owners of Marimba, I wish the cafe tons of business and success! I definitely want to visit again when I'm back in town.“

“This place is adorable! Love the atmosphere and service.I recommend the mocha or a latte with cinnamon. Because I am used to a stronger espresso I would recommend getting an extra 1-2 shots. Their shots are doubles but still wasn’t strong enough for me.But this would be my daily coffee place if I lived nearby.“
“Excellent customer service. Even though I got my bike from a different dealer in a different state, I needed help finding a very special piece. Despite me trying to contact the bike manufacturer, I was unable to get the piece and decided to ask Sunny at Piermont cycle for help. Without hesitation, he used his knowledge and contacts and I was able to order the replacement piece so I can ride again!!“

“An adorable find! I got there when it wasn’t too busy on a Sunday morning and then when the brunch hour came the staff were fabulous. I watched them pump out orders as efficient as an In-N-Out burger. Super nice, perfect little hole in the wall coffee shop. 10/10“
“Flower/plant shop serving fairly priced, best tasting coffee beans from Cafe Grumpy. Freshly baked croissants and pastries daily but no other food available. Come for the delicious coffee, stay for the plants or get it 'to go'. A hidden coffee spot gem in the neighborhood.“

“Everything about this place is fantastic. You won't find anyone else like Amanda, John, & Kerri here. They all know me by my name. The only thing I can't get past is the extreme entitlement of the customers that come here. People brush past me, or even see me struggling to get through the door while they are in the way, and cannot be bothered to move. And when I go "excuse me," I am met with frowns, lol.Today was the second time someone did that to me - frown when I walked past them being in the way as I wait for my turn to order while they take 5 minutes standing and chatting away with the cashier, as if no other customers were waiting. It's not mean necessarily, but inconsiderate.I really don't wish for any issues here. I wish people in this town who equally enjoy CD cafe as much as me would practice spatial awareness more. It's the Cafe Diem way to walk away happy!! As long as I am welcome here, I will continue to support CD cafe!“

“Wanted to regroup and have coffee after a visit to The Cloisters, and Cafe Bloom was the perfect spot. The cafe is small and cozy, the staff was very friendly, and the coffee (a flat white) was delicious. Sadly we already had dinner plans so didn't get food. So glad we stopped in, it's really nice to find a place that is exactly what you need at that moment.“

“Such an adorable place! Absolutely love the ambiance! Beautiful design and layout, I’m a big fan of clean minimalist aesthetic when it comes to interior design. The space is bright and uses the space really well with the cement benches and cute wood tables.Delicious, creative espresso drinks, perfectly dialed in espresso, and great tasting beans. I got a Cortado and the Peace latte (smoked rosemary, espresso, steamed milk). Both were fantastic!! The smoked rosemary gave a nice savory note with a nice complexity, which I love!I am always grateful for places like this where ingredients are respected and you can taste the passion they have for the coffee in their drinks. Nothing is overlooked. Thank you for that!“

“This was my first time in this eatery and i did not know what to expect. I also never had a burek before so i was excited to try it at this establishment. Upon entry the ambiance is a nice laid back chill cafe with plenty of seating and nice lighting. The service was at the front where you place your order. Since it was my first time, the staff helped navigate me into the traditional meat burek and a nice peach juice drink made from an albanian company.it was delicious and very affordable. I bought a slice and it was enough to feed two people! I will come back here again absolutely and try the other items in the menu! Thanks for the nice food and friendly service A+“

“I really love what the owner, Woobin, has done for the space that was prior to now, an unsuccessful Korean bakery. He really brought it to life with his creative abilities that spill into interior design and not just his signature dishes he's perfected in the kitchen.Lately though, with the expansion of the business and increasing traffic of customers, I've noticed he's recruited the assistance of additional members of his team to help manage the restaurant. The owner and his business partner, A, will always be like family to me. I've been here for them since the beginning and it's really beautiful to see how they've evolved and cultivated a cult level status of love from all the locals in this area, not exclusive to only Leonia.Other than the one unfriendly lady working there, it's always a good and happy time at the one and only SS. Happy munching and snacking!! :)“

“BEST coffee in Irvington!!! I'm there often for large orders to bring to work and Mike and Brittany are so patient, kind, and deeply care for their community. “Two visits and 2 for 2 on the quality. Locally owned and run. Clean tables, swept floor, friendly knowledgeable service. This store is what Starbucks used to be in terms of excellent coffee drinks and delicious pastries (some from Balthazar) including a waffle croissant creation called croffle. Nice place to enjoy a cup of Joe and chill or get some work do“

“I came here on a Sunday afternoon to work. It's a small place, so there are not many tables, but they have WiFi and outlets. The cafe is covered in real plants. The servers were kind and friendly and you could tell the barista was passionate about the art of coffee. The food and drinks were great: * Matcha Yuzu - 10/10 - The matcha flavor is not strong and earthy, so it's perfect for non matcha lovers. The yuzu syrup adds a nice brightness of flavor, and the addition of the sparkling water makes the drink extra refreshing. I saw the barista hand whip the matcha too. * Cortado - 8/10 - I'm not a coffee drinker, so take this review with a grain of salt. This drink is pretty strong since it's equal parts espresso and milk, but I liked the flavor of the beans. * Chocolate Croissant - 8.5/10 - The pastry was buttery, flakey and light. I wish there was a bit more chocolate tho because only 1/3 of the bites had chocolate. Overall, I would definitely come again for the vibes and food. I want to try their hot food options next time.“

“It’s my new favorite cafe in Fort Lee. I had a regular iced coffee. It was quite good. Their everything bagel was also super tasty. They also go above-and-beyond for the customers. The staff there would bring the food to us after we order. It’s so considerate since people usually have to stand up right after they just sat down while waiting for the drinks/ food to be ready. The young man there also asked me how I enjoyed my food after I was done. Moreover, I really enjoyed their playlist. They play a mix of Korean and English. The English ones were just my type. The best part, the price of their drinks/ food is very competitive compared to other cafes in the area. The only thing I think they should improve on is cleanliness. The sink area in the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. For now, it’s not a deal-breaker for me and I’d definitely be going back soon.“
