“The boba was awesome! I got the Hokkaido milk tea, and my friend got torched crème brûlée boba milk tea, and hers looked really good! I tried mine and it was delicious! It tasted a bit like it had some black tea in it and I love black tea so it made it more delicious for me. The service was great. The employees were kind when we were ordering our drinks, and we got our drinks in about I would say 5-7 mins. The atmosphere was also really great considering at that time it was not as crowded. Also they have seats there where you could sit and drink your boba. We came after dinner on a Thursday so it wasn’t as crazy crowded. If your are looking for some great boba and a good boba tea after dinner, Cozy Tea Loft is the place to go!!“

“I visited this area to see a friend a few times. We’ve come here about different 4 times. The restaurant is always clean and bright. Staff are always friendly and service is fast. Love the anime atmosphere and the constant anime streaming on the tv. I’m a bit new to boba tea but I tried their Ube Taro boba float and I can’t stop thinking about it. I wish I would have gotten it a second time.“

“I love this place! The drinks start off sweet, but they note that on their menu by asking what level of ADDITIONAL sweetness you want. I usually choose 0% additional sweetness and it's perfect. The owner is really friendly and accommodating. The ambience is classy and clean; and they actually have a good amount of tables while still feeling spacious. It's not super crowded with minimal working space like Akihi. (I spent the day here at BTT working on an essay.) There's only one outlet, but another customer was nice enough to offer to trade seats with me so I got to use it to charge my laptop. I guess that's the only feedback I have — to have extension cords so more people can use the outlets? I brought my own just in case. Thank you Boba Tea Time for the free wifi! The back has a ping pong table and there are boardgames/card games provided, as well. It's nice that the game room is in the back so if people want a quieter space, they can have it towards the front. They also have a photobooth — cute and a fun addition if you want to make memories with friends here. I'm probably going to bring some church members here after church services to hang out together!I also appreciate that this place closes late (midnight!) so I could work here longer without interrupting deep/focused work.I got the rose black tea milk at 0% additional sweetness and non-dairy creamer. Super refreshing! Also tried the taro at 0% additional sweetness and it was very yummy. There are 10% off deals on weekdays 3-5pm — deals on different items depending on the day. I'm really tempted to come here on Fridays since they have 10% off fries with the purchase of a drink. This is my new favorite spot to work, hang out with friends, and grab boba. Super excited that this opened up!“

“For 15.90 on uber eats I got the 2 protein bowl with salmon, white rice, lettuce, edamame, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, seaweed salad, tamago, tempura flake, tobiko, and green onion. Sauce on the side: spicy mayo and wasabi sauce Every part of the bowl tasted amazing, highly recommend trying the tamago. Seaweed salad is always a hit or miss for me but theirs is just right. They forgot to add the cream cheese in mine but I did try a piece from my friend's and it would've been a nice add. Despite both of us asking for spicy mayo they only gave one small container of it so I think they forgot that too. I wish the container was a little bigger to mix everything in. I also feel the portions for the veggies were a little sad (they allow you to add in up to 17 different sides so I cant imagine them fitting all those in this container). I barely had any lettuce. also apparently they use the same container for all the protein options (1,2 or 3) so I probably shouldve just gotten the 1 protein had I known. I thought I'd be getting more salmon if I ordered the 2 option. Overall great but I've had better poke bowls for this price.“

“Very authentic Hong Kong style milk tea!Guangzhou native, milk tea lover. I didn’t expect to be able to drink such great Hong Kong-style milk tea in the United States. The preparation is very careful. In order to maintain the taste of the milk tea after the ice cubes melt, tea ice is actually used. Then the pineapple oil is super delicious. The sweet and crispy shell is wrapped in the semi-melted salty Butter. It's super delicious when eaten hot. The boss was also very nice and patiently explained and gave suggestions for ordering tea.The only flaw I felt was that when I spooned the pearls, I brought a lot of sugar water into it, and when I drank the next piece, it was obviously too sweet. However, this is also a common problem in many milk tea shops. There are very few shops that can do this without affecting the taste, so points will not be deducted. Next time I will try to lower the sweetness to ensure that the pearls below do not affect the overall sweetness.“

“Amazing first time experience tonight! The bowl was packed full and she explained all the sauce options to me. The 2 protein spicy tuna make your own bowl was like 2 full meals. Will certainly be back!!! My new fav poke spot! Plenty of parking around back which is appreciated in summit as well.“

“Excellent cute little local spot which is better than some of the chains. The tea is always excellent and well made and the bubbles are perfect. Lots of variety as well. As a Rutgers student this is well worth the trip to George St. and the bus stop isn't even to far to get back to College Ave. Way better than Akihi!“
“Cozy shop with really cute aesthetics. They do soft serve on tea and have ice cream! The teas are reasonably priced. The matcha was very good. Toppings choices aren't as numerous as other places but that's ok because they have ice cream.Parking: It's a little tight since it's the strip malls part of Edison. There's a light to make a left out of it so it's not very hard to get out. Just not very many spots. Unknown if there's parking in the rear“

“I stopped by Taekwon coffee for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good! I ordered a hazelnut latte for myself and a black iced coffee for my manager. The lady who made my drinks (possibly the owner) was a sweetheart. Give it a try!“

“Drinks are always on point. Unless they're having a bad day then that's when the drinks are a bit off, which is rarely honestly. The place gets packed and very crowded during the weekend but that just means this place is that good. If ur looking for a quite boba shop... this is not the place. It's basically where all the youngsters come to hang and it's the go to Boba shop that closes midnight. Just brilliant honestly! Workers and their service are always great. Drinks and food comes out fast despite the long line. I come here 2 to 3x a week (weekend is a must cause BOBA IS LIFE lol) and I personally never had an issue here. And if u had an issue... it's probably a you issue ?? But the place definitely got worned out and need some new furnitures cause the amount of people coming in and ruining it.“

“I've been in here a twice since they opened and this place is great. They have a wide selection of bubble tea options as well as ice cream (rolled) and other snacks. The first time I came, I got the lychee slushie with tapioca boba, which was really good. Next I got the chocolate chip rolled ice cream with m&m's, which was pretty good too. The owner is very friendly and actually remembered me when I came in the second time (maybe a month in between visits). They have a loyalty punch card for ice cream and drinks and several games in their retro seating area. There are some old school games and a little plastic axe throwing area which would be fun for kids. If you're looking for a yummy treat, give this place a try. It's their second location and the owner is very friendly, serving up tasty treats.“

“I love this place!! I moved a few years a go from near the city and couldn't find a good bubble tea place by me. I drive a little over 25 minutes away and totally worth every minute of the drive!! ? ❤️ Their teas are amazing! They have an awesome variety of options if you're not into certain topings/textures and totally have healthier alternatives that's been very helpful to my digestive system (might have even kept me away from the ER from all the stress, in my opinion)! They dont just have the cool fruity sweet drinks (Passion Fruite, Mango, strawberry, lychee, etc.), but I also love their topings (aloe, chia seeds, coffee jelly, etc.)!By far, my favorites are the Jasmine Honey Green Tea with Aloe & Chia seeds, The classic Taro Milk Tea with Boba, Passion Fruit Slushi with Chia seed!! And of course their "Special Menu" they have in the store like green apple, etc.!Starbucks has competition (and this is coming from a Starbucks fan) ? ? Perfect levels of caffeine without the shakes! And you can still keep it low calories!! ?“

“It was awesome. The wait was only 2 or 3 minutes. Then, when we ordered, the food came out immediately. It was very good, and the sauces tasted great with it. We got boba as well, which was very good. Overall, it's not that expensive with it coming out to 30 dollars per person. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10Kid-friendliness: They had a whole section on the menu for kid friendly foods.“

“They had a variety of options and each thing was unique in terms of flavors than the other. You cannot go wrong with any combination. The combo was the most effective way to order a little bit of everything since the jars included cake and ice cream and you can add a milk tea for just $1. In all the taste was great and not too sweet.“

“A cute little coffee shop nestled downtown. There's a few tables inside and it's atmospheric. They sell a few pastries and I happened to get the apple turnover which was just sweet enough. I tried the Apple Butter Caramel Latte with oat milk and it was very good. The caramel taste is subtle but flavorful and you get an apple cider taste as the main star. The staff is really nice as well! If you present a student ID you also get 10% off. i almost forgot but they also sell bubble tea here. I would definitely recommend this place and I know I'll be coming back here!“

Flavor was incredible, noodles were great and overall was a pretty generous serving. Place was spotless and the customer service was excellent and the wait was not long at all. A must try if you’re in the area. Thank you for the great service I will be stopping again!“

“Good, quick service. Easy to understand menu and ordering unlike other bubble tea places. They are more reasonably priced than other bubble tea places which can be upwards in $12-$15 per cup. My medium hot taro with black pearls came out to about $6.xx. My sis-in-law's medium passion green tea with coconut jelly was also around $6.xx.I recommend getting zero sugar with any taro drink or anything with pearls or jelly as they are already sweet as is unless you just love sugary drinks.“

“Had the orea matcha tea new recipe and also the passion fruit green tea!!!!Amazing not too sweet ask to control the sugar. Less sugar always .I can't wait for them to release the Oreo matcha. Soooooooo good. The Oreo and matcha combination isn't something I would have naturally though about but it's insanely good. Will come backThank you to the owner for letting us try and also for serving us. I want to mention that we were walking in 1 minute before closing, most other stores would have turned us away and told us they're closed but the workers here very kind and served us two incredibly crafted drinks. Thanks guys you are the best.“

“Pretty tame boba! There's a LOT of brown sugar on the bottom of the cup if you order that boba or any boba with any added sugar or flavor, so make sure to mix well or you'll be getting a lot of that flavor at the bottom and it won't taste good! It takes about 2 - 4 minutes for it to be stirred or shaken enough for your boba to be mixed.“
“I've already been here three times but I still haven't taken a photo. If that's doesn't show you it's yum, then I don't know what would. The place is very unassuming as it's in 99 ranch but I love that they have the convenience of ordering through their app. And the customizations of sugar, ice, milk and even how much tapioca you want are amazing. I only wish they had white pearls and then it'd be perfect!“

“If there's anything that can be said, it's that the staff at this location are GREAT!!! Every one of them were great! I came in and wanted to try something on the menu that I wanted "altered" a bit and they all pitched in on how to make it work and what would make it better. I loved what they had made and if I could give it more stars, I would!“

“the staff aren't the best here! they've gotten my order wrong before (not just a small error, such as a sugar percentage, but rather the ENTIRE drink wrong), and they're not as welcoming as other places i've seen.the place is cutely decorated, though, and the drinks are still good!“

“First time here, the teas were awesome, the place looks beautiful and very tastefully done. The service could have been nicer but no smile, no hellos or welcome or good byes or come again or thank you and we were the only customer in the shop ?. There is a clean restroom onsite and plenty of parking.“

“The place is cute and comfortable for a quick boba stop. However, it does not provide enough seating within a small space. I was looking for a local place to relax and read a book while enjoy a boba drink. But at this place you can grab a drink and stop by to chat with friends/family or walk around the strip. In that case, it is a definite fun stop for a good time. I tried their Iced Caramel Macchiato with boba. It was pretty good but could have been better; very slight taste of espresso and just barely sweet. They do provide a full menu with lots of different flavors and options to try from. I am sure I will try it out again soon for a different flavor. P.s. It’s definitely Instagram-worthy! ?“

“Was there earlier the artwork around the store really was really nice. Food was pretty good so was the ramen only complaint was that the tea was a bit too strong/over steeped for my liking but overall everything was really nice. Def a good spot to pass by and price to food portions for what I got was pretty “

“On a short road trip home back to nyc, I was craving some bbt and we found this spot on google. First time trying out their mango drink and I was addicted!! Finished that so quick, had to hold myself back from getting seconds although I’m low key thinking I should’ve just done it… summers over anyways lol. The workers are were also really nice to me and my friends as we were a bit indecisive in what we wanted at first“

“1st time here and everything seems very good but they had run out of what seemed like half the menu (3 ice creams and the cups for the floteas) so we were limited to what we could get but the stuff we did wind up getting was very good! Will definitely be coming back again.Parking: On street parking only I believe so be wary.“

“I love the Kung Fu Tea shops across NYC so was glad to see some more open outside the city! This location is in downtown Summit right near the train stain. Finding street parking or one of the limited lot spaces is a nightmare downtown, but inside the shop is very new and clean and laid out well. The menu was typical with multiple tea flavors and jellies to choose from, as well as the ability to customize the amount of ice and sugar in your drink. I came on a Saturday afternoon and my drink was ready in under 2 minutes which was very quick. The bubble tea (no milk) after tax came to a little over $5 which is significantly cheaper than NYC stores.“

“A small little boba shop that I happened upon on a craving, and I can safely say this scratched the itch for good boba. I'm usually pretty picky about flavor powders and how at a lot of places they don't dissolve properly but for at least the taro and strawberry drinks I tried, the flavor was very well mixed. I think the popping boba was a little mild on the flavor, but that's a minor thing. +1 for the cool canned presentation too!“

“This is a great cozy family setting restaurant. This is my 3rd time coming back when I'm in this area. Definitely 100% recommend to you to take your family and friends to eat-in, take-out, or Grubhub. I ordered a bowl of Combination Pho. Peach Lemongrass Kumquat cold tea for my drink . It was such a nice hot Pho soup and refreshing drink after landing at the Newark Airport 1 hour ago.“

“This place is fantastic! Went here with my partner for dinner. You honestly need two stomachs to eat a whole plate.Burger patties are handmade/ seasoned fresh, and the short rib fell off the bone. I'd fight someone for that beef bacon mac & cheese. I didn't even know beef bacon was a thing and I like it even better than regular bacon now. It's a small team, so expect some wait time, but it's 100% worth it!“
