You can select from the variety of flavors and toppings they offer and there’s even space for you and your family to sit down and enjoy your yogurt. The staff was also wonderful, we were greeted immediately and he gave us sample cups to try out a couple of flavors! “This is the smaller store on 3rd floor food court under the stairs to heaven :P. Lots of flavor available about 20 or so. Ice cream is good, not icy. Few toppings available as well. Service is good .too

But it’s soo expensive. Almost $11 for a small cup with some m&m. In other HD store, the same cup is about $7.50.

Parking: Usually costs about $5 to park in mall’s garage“

“We were hungry when we arrived at the American Dream Mall so we promptly made our way up the Coca Cola Eats food court on the 3rd floor in Court C of the vast Mall.
After our eating our food from the King Kong Express & Popeyes stalls, I went to the Illy Cafe stall to buy my wife a large cafe latte with just one shot of coffee, a large English breakfast tea and a slice of their delicious tiramasu cake for me, which came to very reasonable total of $20.
My wife had said she didn't want any desert but she ended up eating the tiramasu because it was so good and I had to go back and get another slice just for me, which cost another $9! The really friendly & helpful server laughed when I told her that the extra slice was just for me as my wife had eaten the first one all by herself🤣
We enjoyed the drinks & tiramasu so much we returned to the cafe to have the same drinks and another slice of cake just before we caught our bus back to NYC and we were served by a different but equally helpful & friendly server.
The food court and the vast mall didn't have many visitors when we went on a Wednesday, so there was plenty of seating at and near the cafe.“

“A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

I started with a taste of walnut & fig (excellent), then we asked the server what his favorite flavors are. He said raspberry, which a lot of people pair with ferrero rocher. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

It’s a great family experience and the owner Chona couldn’t be a nicer person. She goes above and beyond for me every time I go in there.
