“If you haven't been to Chip City in Bay Plaza, you’re seriously missing out! The cookies are out-of-this-world. They are warm, fresh, and baked to perfection.

What made our visit super special, though, was Leeana. She was so friendly, helpful, and full of great energy from the second we walked through the door. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the menu and gave us the absolute best recommendations! You can tell she actually cares about giving people a good experience.

“After having the very first bite of one of the cookies, I immediately fell in love. The Chocolate Chip Walnut was the ultimate balance of everything you look for in a comfort treat while the Funfetti flavor caught me by surprise and is now considered the best sugar cookie I ever had in my life. There is two other flavors in the box I have yet to try and I have a feeling they won't disappoint, but after having those two said flavors, it is without a doubt that I will definitely be coming back for more sometime soon in the near future. That you could believe. ❤🍪“

“That waffle is pure chaos strawberries, crushed Oreos, pistachio, Lotus crumbs, and some of pistachio drizzle all piled on one square.

“This is our favorite cookie shop in the Upper West Side and it’s not even close. We live right around the corner and come here several times a week for warm, freshly made cookies with a crispy outside and warm and perfect inside. The employees must have been selected from the kindest people in NYC and Nadirah in particular is a ray of sunshine whenever we see her. The sweetness of the cookies is just right, not too much and not too little.

This place is better in my opinion than Levain, which is too sweet and over the top, and waaaaay better than the horrible Crumbl, that has no flavor and is just a pound of pure sugar and shortening.

Give Chip City a try! We slept on it for a couple of years and then walked in one night on a whim and we have been hooked ever since. Also if you come here often the counter staff will know you and the loyalty program is pretty generous.“

“What an amazing and special experience we just had a frosty café. I went today for the first time with my two daughters ages 11 and nine who love Boba tea, while we were online we decided that we would also get six macaroons and started some friendly conversation with the lady in front of us. To our surprise, she paid for us and started a conversation about sharing blessings and paying it forward. We definitely got more out of this trip than we expected. We went for Boba tea and got blessings.“

“Great price points, great service, and amazing desserts. The desserts here are so well done, and places like this are exactly what make Flushing so special. The menu here is extensive and unique. Where else in the US are you going to find stuff like this?

I got the lychee rose coconut pudding dessert, which comes with lychee and rose and coconut pudding served right inside a young coconut. They even give you a special spoon designed just for scraping the pulp out of the coconut at the end, which was a great touch. We also got the coconut milk purple rice ice sweet bowl, which was delicious and packed with toppings. We also tried the roasted pears with peach gum and snow lotus seeds. It was not too sweet, tasted incredibly authentic, and felt genuinely unique. Solid option if you want something different and high quality.

“I got custom macarons made here and the owner Miwa was amazing to work with. She is so kind, detailed, and attentive. She sent updates along the way when making the macarons. I highly recommend getting macarons here! They are very good!!

“Love seeing the fresh mochi being made to order by the machine!! Worker was also friendly! It comes out warm and the seasoning reminds me of injeolmi but a little less sweet! The mochi itself was warm/ hot and had a very unique texture. You can taste the bumpy pricey bits but it’s not like something that you bite on and get a completely different texture when you hit a lump, overall it is still smooth just textured. 4/5

“This place is GREAT!!! Decided to attend their Valentine’s Day brunch with karaoke and it was not only a great time but the food was absolutely delicious !! The owner and staff were very sweet and made my friends and I feel very good with the attentiveness. The staff was also very enthusiastic and cheered us on as we sang! They even joined in on the fun with us (our request) ! The cafe is very clean and I truly give everything a 10/10! Wishing great success to this place and I will definitely be returning!“
