“I was looking for a place specifically to work on my laptop for a couple hours. This popped to the top of the list. Sweet upstairs loft with good wifi and power outlets. Coffee is excellent, and the treats are great. I walked a few blocks to check it out and totally worth it.“

We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “An absolute must-visit for steak lovers in NYC! The moment you walk into Palermo Argentinian Bistro, the cozy, rustic atmosphere sets the perfect mood. We started with the beef empanadas, which were fried to a flawless, shatteringly crisp golden brown. For the main event, the skirt steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with authentic Argentine flavor—especially when paired with their vibrant chimichurri. Service was fast and welcoming, and the wine selection perfectly complemented the meal. Don't sleep on the flan with dulce de leche for dessert. I will absolutely be back!“

I unfortunately came on a Friday night (avoid Friday nights eating in, just order out) and they were very short staffed. My waiter was friendly but I asked for a on the rocks margarita and got frozen, I asked for tap water, never got it and i never received utensils. The music was incredibly loud. But it’s nyc on a Friday night.

The Good: The woman in the back was a BOSS!!! running everything! She was so sweet and handled everyone with care. It seemed she was also responsible for the online orders which looked overwhelming.

The green salsa sauce was amazing and soooo good! Don’t change the recipe!

The food again was delicious. Really large portions. Take it easy or go ham!

Next time I would just order out.“

“Food was amazing and such a home like atmosphere. Some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Cliffside park has a gem with this place. Please come visit and I HIGHLY recommend the chimi. Prices are great especially cause of inflation but the quality is insane, food is so good they let us sample so many things. I wish you guys could smell how good it smells in here too. PLEASE TRY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IT WAS FIRE LOL.“

“Listen, I’ve visited New York about three times now, and every single trip I make it a priority to stop at this bodega. I first discovered it during a tour on my very first visit, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

They sell a variety of things, but let me be clear—the empanadas are the star of the show. Oh. My. Gosh. They are packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and BIG. You can literally get full off just one.

If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and try their empanadas. I have to warn you though: once you taste one from this spot, you’ll never be satisfied with an empanada from anywhere else. You’ll only crave theirs.

My favorite is the dulce de leche with peach delicious and not to sweet. The pastries are also very good. For a quick bite this is a great stop.“

“This is the best smoothie place hands down. You need to get your smoothie done by a girl, not a guy. Preferably the chunky girl.They make it perfect. Not too liquidated, just perfect frothy texture. Anytime I cheat on this place I’m like why did I do it? And they make the beeestttt empanadas. Not too oily , just perfectly cooked. I love this place. And thank god I don’t live near because I would easily weigh 600 pounds.“

“After a long day at Yankee Stadium, my son and I were feeling pretty hungry and decided to explore the area. We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away.

My son was especially ravenous, and he ate every single bite of his meal—something he rarely does! He kept telling me how delicious his food was, which really made me happy. Overall, it was a great find after a busy day, and we left feeling satisfied and happy.

“Great for lunch! If you live in the area, it's well worth stopping by for a humble yet filling and delicious plate of protein, beans, and rice. Their pernil (roast pork) was excellent; soft yet not falling apart with a delicious piece of crispy skin. The black beans came in a light sauce of their own seasoning, which was a good accompaniment. The price for what you get is very good for lunch and had excellent value! I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their other dishes.

There are a couple tables inside but this is a classic hole in the wall gem.

“I went to this restaurant, because I was curious about this place. I went in and ordered a chicken empanadas and a small Salchipapas. Both tasted so good, and the way the hot dog bites blended with the French Fries and melted Mozzarella cheese made me enjoy my stay. Thank you for the delicious food. The cashiers who served me were beautiful and wonderful people. Thank you for giving me the strength to go back to work in my college. This is a nice restaurant to dine in.“
