We were there last night 12/16/25 and I had literally the best gin based Martini I have ever tasted. The bartender was highly skilled, personable and engaging. The appetizers were fantastic.

Delicious tapas included Albondigas, Camarones en Salsa De Mango, and Tortilla Española (that potato/cheese/onion treat ) Oh - and the ginormous Land and Sea Paella was superb. Add a coupla glasses of their Lovely Logos Cab, and — just WOW!“

“I called this morning at 6am to inquire how long it would take them to make 3 dozen empanadas, for a work event, they said ten mi utes! They saved my day. The empanadas were a hit at work! They were delicious! I bought chicken, beef and cheese! They’re affordable too! Gracias! 🙏🏽 I’ll be buying from here again.“

“We recently held a family reunion at El Mesón Español, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and answer all of our questions. The food was outstanding—every dish was cooked to perfection. We especially enjoyed the paella, oxtail, veal, and ribs—each one full of rich, authentic. Highly recommended!“

“* Tasty and affordable menu* Great for quick bites to go* Fresh ingredients* Friendly staff* Can get busy during lunch hours* Not a lot of seating (maybe 4? at the window)* Parking may be difficult (for both free and metered)I really wanted the Cuban sandwich, but they had run out of roast pork and kept apologizing... ? I opted for the Philly cheesesteak and loved it! It wasn't overwhelmingly large or greasy. As for the chicken avocado wrap, they peeled the avocado right there! ? It felt healthy and quite filling.

“First rate service! Very nice wine selection! The food...! I ordered the filet mignon and I could cut it with the wrong side of the knife! Cooked to perfection! Creme Brulee was very good! The atmosphere was cozy! Five out of Five!!“
