“This place is pretty great. It's owned by a small family, Everytime I've come I always see the mom working, and sometimes the daughter. They have a wide selection of snacks to grab, whether it be cake or one of their made goods like a croquet or the boba. Would definitely recommend, my one negative aspect would be the music taste. It's a bit tacky and old, but not bad enough to not come.“

“Probably the best bakery in Fort Lee, NJ area. The breads and pastries are good! Location: It is located in Fort Lee. Huge parking so its convenient! The interior is okay, great display of breads that you can just pick on! Service: pay and go, not that much interaction. Food: The breads are delicious, fluffy and still good after few days. CAKES: they have themed cakes which I like, everything is delicious and cakes are light. MATCHA CROISSANT: I don’t have a picture tho but this is good! You can taste the matcha well! BOBA TARTS: actually it is not bad, the boba were topped on a eggy tea infused cream filling. I wouldn’t order it again to be honest. Lol Price rating: 6/10, not that bad for goodies. Definitely will come back for more! Been here multiple times! The cakes were amazing! Light and fluffy!“

“This is a review for the panna cotta milktea bottles. I usually enjoy ordering from this place, but consistency has been a recurring issue. A lot of times, the drinks arrive not full due to the foam on top settling, which leaves the bottle noticeably underfilled. Today’s order was especially disappointing — my milk tea arrived about 2/3 full, which is significantly less than what I usually receive. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
The taste is great, but I hope they address this issue of underfilling drinks.

Update: After my initial review about receiving an underfilled drink, the merchant reached out to let me know they’re working on improving consistency. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a free drink on my next pick-up order! It’s clear they value their customers and take feedback seriously. I appreciate their proactive approach and look forward to seeing the improvements in future orders.“

“We had the Jersey Tomato, the pesto pizza without chicken and the Snow White. They were all so good! Pizzas are about $20 and feed 2 people with good size slices. The drinks were great too. I had the sparkling pineapple ade and it was crafted with a pretty sprig of rosemary and a an orchid. The kids loved the boba tea - they made the coffee on with decaf for us.“

“Edit: Thank you for the reply. I visited the shop again on a Sunday afternoon and I was positively surprised by the rapidity of the service (less than 10 minutes wait). The drinks were very good and tasty too.

Good menu choice, however I have been here twice and both times I waited an unacceptable long time (40+ minutes) for a single simple drink. The pick up process is unstructured and unreliable. What's the point in waiting if you cannot even receive your drink. Strongly not recommended.“

“I’ve been wanting to come here for the past 2 months here. Last night, finally I was able to come. I am shocked that they’ve been in business for more than a year and I just found them now?Being an avid bubble tea lover along with my kids, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is a hidden gem in the heart of JSQ. The owner is very down to earth and a people person. You won’t step out of that place without a smile. She will make your drink according to your preference. You can make as many adjustments as you’d like and she will do it with a smile.

We ordered 2 Oreo shakes and a latte bubble tea. I ordered them in M size, but she gave me in L size? and still charged me for M. My kids loved their Oreo shakes and I very much enjoyed my latte. I can’t wait to go back and try the other bubble tea flavors and the waffles and crepes.

“This is a hidden gem in the Lower East Side. They make pretty good boba but I want to talk about the interior. The nostalgia in here is amazing. Everything looks like it was personally selected. The the curation of this place is sick. I got the Grapefruit Delight. I was skeptical of trying it because I thought it would be tart but it was actually smooth. No tartness at all. With amount of lychee. Not to discredit how good the boba but this spot is fire to me and I would just chill in here if I could. Whoever did the decor needs a raise lol. “I came across this boba tea shop on a Thursday evening after a friend recommended. It had a few indoor seats so I was able to order my drinks and chat with friends for awhile. I ordered the classic bubble milk tea with 25% sugar and it was just sweet enough (but not too sweet)! This was honestly so yummy and the boba was super soft. It's one of the best bobas I've had in awhile in NYC and reminds me of the ones I've had in China. I honestly preferred this over Kung Fu tea which is right across the street. Not to mention, my drink was under $5 which is way more affordable than other tea shops. I was craving this so much that I had to come back the next day to try their popcorn chicken as well. To my surprise, their popcorn chicken is also delicious. It's has a crispy crunch and the chicken is tender and well seasoned. It also came with a spicy chili sauce on the side. Overall, I highly recommend to stop by for a quick drink and snack! Now I'm craving more boba!“

I always appreciate free milk substitutions (lactose intolerance is a lifestyle at this point). I really liked how pronounced the tea flavors were and it wasn't too sweet at the regular sugar levels either. The prices are on the lower end compared to other bubble tea spots in this area.“

“Love coming here for bubble tea! Some of the best I’ve had in lower Manhattan. Service is quick and friendly too. Only a couple of barstools for seating so it’s more of an in-and-out kind of place. “Low key one of my favorite (if not favorite outright) bubble tea places in the entire city. The service is great, the prices are reasonable (bubble tea is so expensive these days), and it just has a nice casual vibe. It's never too packed or rowdy. And most importantly, the bubble tea is always great.

My go-to here is the peach oolong with tea jelly and it never disappoints. The peach flavoring isn't overly artificial or cloyingly sweet like it can be at other places. It's really good!

Location is really nice as well, you can take your tea to go and chill in Washington Square Park nearby. Makes for a great afternoon or evening.“
