“Visited this coffee spot for the second time recently and I absolutely loved my latte. 9/10 solid rating. It was either called a biscoff or cookie butter latte, but regardless it was one of their seasonal winter lattes.

The ambiance was cute and inviting. I’d come back and spend a couple hours here working. I ordered an empanada which could have been more warmed up, but overall it was fine tasting! For a local coffee spot, this place does a great job 🤍“

I had the pistachio latte and it was fantastic balanced, nutty, and not overly sweet.
The barista was warm and welcoming, which really adds to the overall vibe. Inside, it’s bright, minimal, and quietly buzzing, perfect for reading, working, or chatting without yelling over noise.

“Great coffee shop! Everything is organic in the shop. Love their cold brew Shandy, which you can customize with their various organic syrups throughout the entire year. Also their bacon breakfast sandwich and large crumble cookies (they have four or five different kinds) are to die for. And their organic lemonade is also awesome! And the barista’s know their stuff. I also like their grab and go organic sandwiches.“

The robot was adorable, especially when s/he sang “Happy Birthday” to my friend. A wonderful ‘Ladies Day Out’ for 5 of us. Plans were already being made to return by members of my party.“

“I love this place, however, yesterday I bought one of my favorite pastries at the store the Kouign Maman. The pastry was hard, I did not even realized how hard it was until I got to my destination. I got one for me and my sister and I was embarrassed on how hard they were. Not sure if they were overcooked or was old and they overheated to sell. Just be careful when you buy this pastry, make sure is fresh. So disappointed because it is my favorite :(“

She recently came to our apartment at The Parc at Princeton Junction for a wine and truffle tasting for Valentine’s Day and it was a fabulous event. “Paris Baguette, the Edison location is my ultimate favorite place for taking time for a break, to relax, chat with friends. Welcoming and helpful staff. So many delicious pastries, and lunch items, but always get the lemon creme pastry, the chocolate stick pastry. Fav sandwich is the egg salad.
The creme cake slices are delicious and decorated so prettily. I don't drink coffee, but many hot beverages to choose from including tea. Come on in.“

Throughout my travels, I have never felt compelled to share my thoughts on any of my normally eventless excursions. This time however, something touched me like never before. “What a truly wonderful experience it was coming here. This nice young lady that works there was very polite. There was a bit of traffic building up in there behind me, but she was very patient with me as I surely took quite a while to order a few things for my family members. Everything was clean, and freshly organized. She even made sure to reassure me that the utensils were all cleaned properly because I tend to get a bit skeptical due to the possibility of cross contamination. The ice cream quality was great! Much better than most other places in this area. I never asked for that young lady’s name but she wore a lot of bracelets, and had black nails just like my daughter, which I complemented! I will be back in here for sure!

We ordered ourselves a creme brulee (caramelized on demand by the friendly staff) and an Opera for takeout. Tasty and perfectly sized without being too overbearing or sweet.

My Opera was beautiful. Speckled with gold dust, delicate layers of chocolate, mousse and nutty pastes. So much flavor in each soft spoonful. Exactly what I needed for a birthday treat for myself!“

We love the atmosphere and people here, they are so so nice! The morning staff has always been friendly to us and welcomed us with a smile as soon as we came in. The afternoon staff is also extremely friendly as well :) I made friends with one of the baristas who remembers me every time I come in and they are always nice about everything when it comes to costumer service. We recommend the tomato sauce with egg and beef dish and the baked fried rice with curry sauce.
