“I stopped by Venchi Chocolate Place and had an amazing experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Gina — she was super helpful, super sweet, and incredibly patient. I didn’t know what to choose, and she guided me through everything with such a friendly attitude.

She recommended a few chocolates, including the pistachio one, and wow… I absolutely loved it.
The chocolates here are top-quality, but Gina’s service made the visit even better.

“Everything about Venchi is amazing. The staff could not have been nicer. The person helping us knew exactly what was vegan and the chocolate gelati was delicious. The raspberry and strawberry were yummy too - just nothing compared to the chocolate. Even the coffee had vegan options. If you’re in the area, must stop!“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. Yes its open all year! They let you sample new flavors, and dont skimp on the portions. All homemade!! Plenty of parking however during peak times it might be really hard to park, so go early and frequently. A MUST FOR ICE CREAM LOVERS!“

“My daughter had a play date and her new best friend lives near by this ice cream place, it's a hidden gem they prepared the rolled ice cream and the bubble crepes fresh right in front of you, you got to be a little patience as sometimes there is a line and the 2 servers is doing their very best to prepared all orders according to what received, we ordered Nutella rolled and strawberry banana crepes and both devoured by our kids and both loves it so much, my daughter already asking me to comeback so we can try a different ice cream menu, inside the place is organized and clean, both server is really helpful, I have no complaint with service and everything is delicious, we will definitely coming back soonest.“
