“So to be honest the food is so GOOOD LIKE AMAZING because the egg roll is so delicious and the fired chicken it so gooodd i would recommend the egg roll and fired chicken but the only that made me confused was the floor the floor was a mess and the wall is super dirty. And also is flys too and they prices are kinda high but overall they food is so amazing so I give it a 3.9 I just wouldn’t recommend dining in but overall they food is so amazing and delicious but the table was dirty so we had to clean it up but the food is good hot n fresh“

“Little disappointed at this place. Saw they had Crispy Beef with Fresh Honey Walnuts Beef with a bed of steamed broccoli in a sweet brown sauce topped with sugared walnuts. Not crispy as from can see in pic. Was this really beef also? Walnuts were plain as well.Steamed Spinach Dumplings were a bit dry . Hunan Dumplings Spinach and beef dumplings topped with spicy peanut sauce. Spicy. I got not spicy but were very good. Would I try again. Yes think I would.“

“New Ho King kitchen Chinese food to take out or deliver is absolutely delicious.
Whether you're picking up or having it deliver, the food is always piping hot. Their Szechuan Beef is perfectly flavorful, with the right amount of spice. The vegetable Lo Mein is incredibly fresh and not greasy. The portions are generous, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality.
The staff is always super friendly and efficient. This is definitely our favorite for Chinese takeout!

“I'm actually very impressed with this place. We were looking for something on Christmas Day and was glad we found here. What a hidden gem! The food was hot and fresh and not overly sweet or drenched in salty sauce like some of your other Chinese take out places! Heck they even ran a lunch specials on Christmas Day! Awesome price and generous portions. We got the beef chow fun, shrimp with broccoli, hunan tofu and chicken with spring beans. And honestly everything was quiet good and not overly salty or too sweet. Also they have brown rice! Which is awesome. A great spot and we will be back!“

I moved out of Passaic and they don’t deliver to my area now but the food is worth the drive so I keep coming back once in awhile on my days off. Plus the staff is very nice and friendly. “I have ordered from here several times and it’s always been pretty tasty. Today I ordered to work and upon delivery I got chicken instead of beef with broccoli. I called and they told me that they would fix my order a little later when the driver has a nearby delivery. I wasn’t sure wether or not I’d get my dish, but eventually they did come and swap the dish….not something you can take for granted these days when gas prices are through the roof. So tasty food and great service. I highly recommend east wok and will order from them again for sure :-)“

“I came from California for a visit with my brother and just before 11:00 p.m. we decided we wanted Chinese food. we were pleasantly surprised when we got back to the hotel room and the food was amazing authentic Chinese was simply Delicious. “The food at this Chinese restaurant is super good. I recently moved to Fairfield and needed to find a good spot for Chinese takeout out. So, I tried joy wok. I ordered sesame chicken combo and the Mongolian beef. They were both super good. I don’t normally like my sesame chicken a little spicy and they made it just right for me.
The customer service is also great. I had accidentally ordered white rice with the Mongolian beef and when I picked up my order they switched it to fried rice right away with no extra charge. Everyone there is super nice. Definitely recommend if you are in the area in search of a good Chinese spot.“

“There was a mix up when I placed my order. Pick up/deliver. They drove my food even thou it was so late. They are awesome and the vegetarian tofu soup was delicious. Please order from them.

“The food here was incredibly flavorful and prepared very quickly – we were the only four guests around 3 PM. We truly enjoyed the taste and speed of service.

However, I was displeased to see that we were charged for six portions of rice when we ordered four dishes totaling $90. I believe that one rice portion should have been included per dish, making a charge for two extra portions fair. Given that our four dishes combined for $90, it felt a bit like a hidden $1.50 per dish to pay for rice that really should have been complementary.

While the food itself was excellent, the unexpected rice charges definitely impacted my overall impression.“
