The atmosphere was good it was a kind gentleman once I got my food the presentation was great the only problem I had was the right was bland didn't really have any flavor to. And a fry salmon. The batter wasn't season but the salmon was juicy the macaroni and cheese was delicious7.7 overall it was a good meal.Vegetarian options: The collard greens was definitely delicious I do feel like out of the whole dish the collard greens have most flavors“
“If i could put 10 stars i would, me and my boyfriend stopped by because we were in the area and were looking for some food to munch on. We got greeted by the lady as soon as we walked in and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. And the food… AMAZING!!!! Its delicious and hot soooo flavorful!!! Definitely recommend the lobster mac, salmon fried rice, sweet chili tenders, fried chicken, mashed potatoes. I’ll definitely be back whenever im in the area again!!!!! “It was me and my father’s first time visiting this location a couple days ago. I just happened to find it when searching for the nearest restaurant after leaving the train station. The food was great, we were both very pleased. I had mac n cheese/fried chicken/cabbage. My father had salmon/yams/mac n cheese. The place was peaceful and the people working there were very pleasant. 5/5 stars! If I’m ever passing through Trenton again I’ll be sure to stop by for a plate and I’d absolutely recommend it!“
“I am visiting Trenton from up central Jersey. Decided to stop at this place and order the fish and grits which came with eggs and toast. I think that’s the best fish and grits platter I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly seasoned. And the portion size was huge for a very adorable price. The cook/owner was very pleasant as well. I’m traveling to Trenton for 7 days and will definitely be stopping here again before my time ends here! I’m more than happy to support this man’s small business and will visit again if I’m ever in the area in the future.“
“This food was so so good !!! I always order Griot with rice and banan peze. Extra pikliz and gravy on the side. I’m not gone lie it’s been a few years since I been here and coming back was everything. The rice was perfect, and full of flavor. Meat was tender it had the fried feel but so tender inside. I was in a food coma for 3 days . I don’t eat a lot so the large lasted me a few portions. I can’t wait to go back ! Get to know Haitian culture I know I did and I love it , I just love the fresh and home cooked meal. Merci becoup ??? I have no regerts ???“
