I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. “This place gives off that run-down beat up pizza joint vibe, but it’s actually pretty solid. The pizza’s definitely way too greasy, but it's good. Prices for slices are overpriced but prices for pies are very fair. Being open late is a huge plus in this area. Far from the best pizza around, but it’s one of those spots you end up going back to anyway. sometimes the staff is in a great mood and helpful and sometimes they look cooked. You know what ur getting into when you walk in.“

“Tried Mario’s Pizza & Pasta in Saddle Brook for the first time and I’ll definitely be coming back! The food was outstanding, the staff went above and beyond, and the menu has so many options that I can’t wait to explore more.

The chicken cutlet wrap and lomo steak sandwich were absolutely incredible - highly recommend both. And whatever you do, don’t forget to ask for the green sauce, it takes everything to another level!

“My son has food allergies and as soon as we started inquiring about ingredients, the associate called for their designated allergy handler. Before we even got into his specific allergies, she wiped down the prep area, changed her gloves and showed us their allergy binder. She prepped everything right in front of us and chose ingredients from under the counter as to avoid cross contamination. Bravo, Jiya! When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. We were so impressed by the process, we ate here twice on our trip. And yes - the pizza was quite delicious!“

He was very accommodating and told us that we can upgrade pastas and sauces with our meals. He started us off with warm Focaccia bread, I then ordered the veal parm. and mixed it with the Cacio e Pepe and a glass of Cabernet. My wife ordered the Bolognese with an Aperol Spritz. I had put in my reservation that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and Nick brought three desserts to the menu which was a nice touch.
