“We've been meaning to to try so many of the new restaurants in the area. We finally got here for a late lunch today. Not surprisingly on a Thursday at 2PM and snowing, we had the place to ourselves. It was fortunate because the woman who took care of us explained everything to us in detail. I wasn't familiar with the Kurobuta pork. Apparently it's known as the, "Kobe beef of pork." All their pork come from Berkshire pigs. They come from a farm in Jersey. I'm guessing North Jersey. (Lot's of cool info if you Google them) Cooking is done using White charcoal which is used in traditional Japanese cooking. We started with the crispy cauliflower. It had crispy shallots & tahini vinegarette on them. They were delicious! Then the Shanghai bao. Filling was pork. (naturally) So delicious and juicy! When you slice them in half watch for the juice to squirt! We ordered six skewers. Two with pork jowel (cheek) Two regular pork and two fish. Again, delicious. i also had a bowl of spicy miso ramen. Our server explained how the broth is simmered for eight hours with pig bones and marrow. I could tell as the broth was very rich! That was it for us. We were both very full and i even took half of my ramen. We can't wait to return and bring friends! Highly recommend! ✌️“

“I had Uber Eats deliver, it was very delicious, drum stick combo with fries and a Korean style donut. The Korean style drum sticks was delicious, the fries was generic but the donut definitely gave me 1990s delicious vibes . I’ll definitely order from here again

“We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!“

“Ordered delivery late on a weeknight around 815 pm from a neighboring town and it was delivered just before 9 pm!
The food was fresh and delicious. I’m a health nut and had such a craving for Chinese food over the last month. This hit the spot and it didn’t make me sick.had the chicken and broccoli in brown sauce and the chicken fried rice. Will definitely order again.“

A side of broccoli and carrots perfectly steamed!!
Crispy veggie dumplings don’t really deliver well but they were still good.
Only thing I would change is I wish they had more steamed food on their menu, it’s mostly fried. But it was all very good. And I wish they had assorted teas not just soda.“

“I came from California for a visit with my brother and just before 11:00 p.m. we decided we wanted Chinese food. we were pleasantly surprised when we got back to the hotel room and the food was amazing authentic Chinese was simply Delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone, also if you're old school from New York you would understand what I'm talking about. I just ordered it again shrimp fried rice LOL.“

“Ordered from here for the first time. Got unagi don and the sashimi deluxe. Both came with miso soup. I asked for substitutions in fish and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“

The egg roll was crispy and fresh, not greasy or hard. The veggies were well seasoned. The pork fried rice was moist and well seasoned. The sesame chicken was sweet and tangy and the sauce was nice and sticky. The bbq sticks were juicy and my toddler DEVOURED them. The portion size is great for the price of the meals. And having been here a few previous times we found their Chinese food to be very good.Upon our recent visit we found that their Chinese food has maintained its quality and taste. They have even prepared two windows for minimal contact pickup. One is at the entrance and one is by the counter. This will ensure this location will be open for business if we are close to shutting down again.Our service here again today was excellent. We ordered in the store and waited at our table for the food to be ready. However there is no eating in at this location The only tables are for sitting and waiting for your food.“
