“Fantastic donuts and crullers, only downside is that one day it might not be there. If you go to Dunkin’ or any other chain, you must not like donuts. Only the most expensive custom bakeries can compete, but still likely fall short, especially on value.“

“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

Staff is great. Last time I went, I ordered 2 donuts and she put 5 in a bag for me. I am not sure if its because it was a slowish day or because I look massively pregnant. Regardless I never turn down free calories!“

“The best Dunkin near me thank you for giving me my Ice black coffee with no ice. Unlike the other Dunkin in Plainfield that is 7-10 minutes away from this one that said it was against policy to give me no ice…. and that was the only Dunkin that refuses it in New Jersey.“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“Great location, they open early and on time, they're efficient, the order comes out correctly everytime, and the employees seem to know what customer service is. All it takes for a chain coffee place to get 5 stars is those basics and yet most of them still cannot perform. The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great. “Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“
