“Stopped here for a falafel salad takeout. This is a beautiful, family run restaurant that is extremely clean and well-maintained.. they have a cold case in the front for some delectable desserts like baklava and others. They also have a wide variety of authentic Turkish food items. The only reason for four stars today is because the falafels were rather disappointing. They were extremely hard and dry. It seemed as though they had either been fried too long or fried twice. And they were lacking flavor. I will definitely give this restaurant another try as everyone always has a one-off day.“
“You get a very good size pita here! About the size of a biiiiig overstuffed burrito. The smoked eggplant in the falafel supreme is soooo good. Crepe was good too, it's one big crepe folded into a square instead of the usual rolls I'm used to. Definitely a share worthy size. Quick and friendly service too :)“
“If you want good, authentic Greek without needing to go to a "high end" restaurant with "high end" pricing you found it! Jimmy's has always been consistently excellent with the food they have served me and my family. The service is fast and attentive and they do a good job making you feel welcome. The restaurant is nestled in a strip mall and when inside it is nicely decorated and comfortable. The Gyro platters and Mixed Grill platter are extremely good and the portion sizes are nice as well. The Lemon Potatoes are cooked perfectly and are addicting. My favorite side dish and if they come with the meals even better. The spinach rice is also highly recommended if you choose that as your side or have it with your meal. Always go back to this place as I haven't found a Greek restaurant close to them in the area.“
“I loved the food. It's very different. It was my first time experiencing Greek culinary. The cheese appetizer was soooo strong but good, the beet salad was great ( except for the goat cheese), the crab cakes i didn't like at all. the main dish was delicious. The desert was the best for me..they are not expensive and its BYOB.“
“This place is my freaking go to for a salmon salad! I order a "caesar" salad with salmon. They give you such a generous piece of fish on top of the salad. I put caesar in quotes because it doesn't taste like your regular caesar dressing - but it still tastes good lol“
“After an average lunch at the Food court of Menlo Park Mall we were looking for a nice coffee place that offered a sit down and good coffee. WE bypassed Starbucks and found this location adjacent. Very polite owner and great coffee sitting on comfortable chairs. Highly recommend as a nice independent location serving excellent coffees and other drinks.“
“Great authentic Greek food bringing the flavors of Greece to New Jersey! Staff are friendly and the food amazing! They also have a terrace outside so you can enjoy when weather permits. As a bonus, they are byob and a there's a small store next to it that sells wine. They also own the Greek pastry shop next door for your Greek pastry fix. Reservations are highly recommended as they are very busy towards the end of the week.“
