“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “My sister and brother-in-law, who live in Jersey, stopped me at Morgan's before we hit the turnpike to take me home to Delaware. Wow, I was so impressed by the flavor and the portion size. Honestly, they have the best curry goat and oxtails I have ever had; and the seasonings are perfect. I will be going here every time I come to Jersey, and that's a promise. You have to go there!“

“My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose Tavern on the Lake for Hightstown, our 150th town.

Great eats and comfort food in a place that is at the center of the town. They have a fantastic beer selection on draft that rotates over time. For the fall season, we had a Hot Toddy and Spiked Cider. The French dip sandwich and crab cakes were great.

When there's warmer weather, they have a great outdoor patio too!“

“An excellent variety of wines to taste, both local and more well-known varietals and both dry and sweeter styles. Though most of the wines were not to my taste, they were well-integrated wines and the person serving was extremely knowledgeable. A wonderful setting with outdoor space, where we were fortunate to find a guitarist/singer entertaining on a beautiful afternoon in central Jersey. Only the tasting area itself marred the experience; it was too small and too loud and not adequately staffed.“

“On January 11th 2023, incredible Dustin, Once again prepared A sumptuous Gluten-free feast for me and a friend! He made Singapore noodles and Infused it with the perfect spices and it was ohhh so Scrumptiously delicious ? Dustin, not only is owner & Manager of Princeton PF Chang's, Talented gourmet Chef with a Heart ❤ of Gold!!! Also want to praise him on the delicious chicken lettuce wraps and amazing Spicy Chang's chicken he always remembers ti give me extra sauce in the side! “I have been spoiled and will no longer be able to get Chinese food back home anymore.

All the fried dishes were perfectly done, the batter light and crispy, even sauced. The sauces aren't your normal takeaway sauces (no neon red sweet and sour sauce here), they appear to be made in house by hand. And the shrimp! I don't normally order shrimp at Chinese restaurants, but if you don't order a shrimp dish here, then you are doing it all wrong. The shrimps were huge and perfectly cooked.

Overall, 10/10. We will be coming back the next time we visit from New Orleans.

“Chopt in Princeton is great!!! The Uber driver didn’t deliver my order so I called the restaurant and the manger (Natalia) reimbursed my order and had my order remade and delivered it herself. She also gave me a coupon. She went above and beyond. She is awesome!!“

“Mi Espana is outstanding! Totally blew us away! Absolutely fantastic authentic home cooked Spanish food!! The caldo gallego (soup with greens, pork, white beans & potatoes), sopa pescado (seafood soup), chicken paella, pulpo (octopus with vegetables), and torta dessert were all fantastic! The chef clearly loves what they do and you can taste it! Great service too! Better than the Spanish restaurants in NYC, N. NJ & Philly and very reasonably priced! Can't wait to go back!!“

“I had a catering order with Dosa Grill recently, and I had to reach out to them about an issue with the order. The owner responded right away and handled everything with great professionalism. I was expecting my message to get lost in the void, but they actually followed up and resolved the issue“

“We went to dine with this rag tag restaurant and the experience was awful. The waitress had no teeth and asked my son for his? At first we thought “hey maybe they are joking” then all of a sudden. They lady grabbed his front bicuspid. Needless to say - at that point we were concerned. Because we had a long day we were still hungry. So we stuck around. The next thing you know. The toothless individual brought another toothless friend and tried to get my tooth as well. At that point. We know. Time to get out of here. We were cooked. Unlike the food at this gross place.“

“I had the steak burrito at the Piscataway location today and it did not disappoint. Excellent food and the nachos with Nutella are fire. They had so many fresh made salsa and bottled hot sauce to put on my burrito. I think I found my new Mexican spot. Can't wait to try more of the menu. Highly recommend. 10/10“

“Stopped for lunch with hubs and friends. We we're looking to share a pizza, this is NOT that place. Yes, personal size for dine in. We opted for sandwiches. 2 ordered the roast pork, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and both finished and raved how delicious 😋 Other 2 of us ordered the cheesesteak with LTO, red wine vinegar and olive oil, I added light mayo. The rolls these sandwiches were served were fantastic 😋 The sammies were NOT "packed" with fillings like a cheesesteak joint. Nicely presented with homemade potato chips. Quality of ingredients is huge because I can't eat a lot. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was top notch. I use red wine vinegar almost daily 😋 I would definitely go back for the same meal, about 1hr from my home and worth the trip 😋“

“Can’t praise enough about this Place, was just visiting New Jersey yesterday & accidentally stopped in at Chicken Holiday, The owner is so generous & down to earth, haven’t received a service of this kind at any of Fast food restaurant, we placed a order & this gentleman said 10 minutes, but he handed 2 chicken wings & a breaded chicken to try in the mean while, then he even let us try the hush puppies, the food was Incredibly delicious & he even gave us huge portion & extra wings along with our Order. This is a must visit if you are around East Windsor or Sayerville or Hightstown, we took the food to the Old Hights Brewery people praised saying it smells Awesome. Thank you so much we Loved the Food & Service & not forgetting the BLUE CHEESE. 10/10“

It was a bit chilly in the restaurant however service was wonderful. Manager kim waited on us. Extremely nice and was wonderful during our early lunch. Attended to all of our needs and we will be back for sure. She even made fresh chips and salsa. Perfect over the top service. We were very pleased.“

The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the truffle flatbread and the roasted potato ravioli, both simple and delicious in the best way. The apple cider donut with homemade ice cream was super good and felt like the perfect comforting ending. The drinks were great too, especially the spiced pear gin with a really nice balance of ginger and botanicals. “I was thankful to find Steve and the Stonebridge bagel shop for my daughter's wedding breakfast and lunch. Less than a week before the big day, on Labor Day weekend no less, I reached to Steve, and he was AMAZING! They were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding and made everything stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests couldn’t stop talking about it (and kept going back for more!). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully set up.
