While it is excellent, excellence is a virtue that must be maintained, I think this team is up for the task.

All in all Comet Pizza is my favorite thing since Russell Crowe screamed 'Are you not entertained?!' in the hit motion picture Gladiator back in 2000. I’d fight a tiger in the arena for their pepperoni pie.

“The service here is beyond excellent. The employees are very kind and respectful, and work in a very timely manner. When I mixed up my order, and realized that I didnt need pickles, they gladly took them off. I will definitely be returning to this place. Best place to eat if you don’t have a lot of time in all of NJ. All of their sandwiches are heaven on bread. Would highly recommend.

“Welcome to Montclair Tony Boys! Had the pleasure of stopping by here yesterday to try out one of many sandwich options on their menu. Opted for the avocado toast & a side of fries & it didn’t disappoint. Was filling without being too heavy & very tasty! The fries were also not oily or greasy. Browsing the menu you’ll find alot of different flavors & combos…and the manager also shared that all the cutlet options can be created with an eggplant substitute! Definitely give this place a try. The vibe is chill & artsy, lots of seating, great central location & 3 parking lots within a 5 min walk. You definitely won’t regret it :)“

Not enough to make a mess of my hands while I ate, but enough to sauce up the roll. Super delicious. They're also arranged on the sandwich so you get a bite of egg yolk in most bites, which is the optimal bite of a breakfast sandwich, imo.It's a cute little restaurant, too. Not a ton of seating inside, but the funky art on almost every surface of the walls gives you plenty to look at while you scarf down whatever tasty things you decide to order. “I would bring a bus group from the Detroit area every year before the pandemic for tours in the New York area.
I would have to order 56 sandwiches with 3 to 4 different choices.
Our bus wouldn't arrive to our hotel until after 8:00 pm
(after your normal business hours)
Upon our arrival, someone would deliver our lunches that evening for the next day.
I have always appreciated the extra mile that they went for our bus group.

“5 stars for the two 3-foot sandwiches: chicken parm and corned beef ; the Cole Slaw; and roasted vegetable Hero we ordered for March 5th Saint Patrick’s Parade Party we threw. Everyone asked where we got the sandwiches. Only crumbs were left on the platters at the end of the day.“

“I went to Just Subs to place an order for a gathering involving a large number of people. I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. It was a nice, professional gesture on his part, and a good way to treat a customer.“

“It had been a little bit since we've been in (life gets in the way sometimes) but as soon as my husband & I walked in the door we were hit with that heavenly Blimpies scent of fresh ingredients that is indicative of Blimpies & Blimpies alone. It just smells like delicious subs. We realized, after speaking to the wonderful owner, that we've been getting the BEST subs in the world at this location for over 40 years! My pick is a "Blimpies Best" (extra oil & vinegar) honestly it was perfect. My husband gets a turkey & provolone which was terrific (he gave me puppy dog eyes & got a huge chunk of mine too)
Eateries come & go but the best stay, this is worthy of place in your rotation.
I should also say that I live in Nutley with quite a few Italian delis & pizzerias so if I'm saying the Italian sub (Blimpies Best) is terrific that's saying a lot.“

“Always a great experience at this location, staff are friendly. And I'm in and out quickly. The bathrooms are clean, and there's always good parking. We stop by on our drive from Brooklyn to Pennsylvania and this spot is really conveniently located off of i280. The only friendly suggestion I'd provide for the helpful staff and management is the more junior staff should always ask if someone wants anything else after asking if you want it mikes way (yes I do, and then I want mayo and such). Otherwise, incredible place.

“I went to Subworks recently, and it was great! The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. They have a lot of sub options, and the portions are really big.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken sub, and it was so tasty! The bread was fresh and crispy, and the meats and veggies were really good. Everything was balanced perfectly, and they didn’t hold back on the ingredients.

“First time here. Great experience. We got there right at 5 pm when they opened on a Saturday. Got table right away. 20 mins later place was packed with long wait. Wait staff was awesome. Annette stopped by our table numerous times and was fun to talk too and welcoming. Shrimp beeps were our favorite. Eggplant was awesome. Garlic pasta and savoy chicken were so tasty.
