“This is my favorite Chinese Restauraunt in Jersey city, seriously.

Top notch service and super delicious noodles. I always order the braised beef noodles, the pork and cabbage dumplings and the eggplant appetizer.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. I come here frequently and it never disappoints.

“This place is busy, but worth the wait! The menu system is online and looks really clunky, but with the help of Google review photos I settled on the pan fried noodles and braised pork hock (which is highly recommended). The pork comes in a dark, rich savory sauce (they mentioned after it can also come in a garlic Sichuan that is sweeter). The noodles were fresh, with soft scramble eggs and a tang I couldn’t identify. Very good. And the pork literally fell off the bone and the skin was unctuous and filled with collagen and flavor. Would’ve loved some soy sauce at the table, but all in all staff is friendly, the space is airy, and the food is insanely good.“

“One of my favorite places to eat at in JC, really authentic tasting Chinese food with large serving sizes and lots of variety! I visit frequently and the service is always fantastic, and the environment is clean and well air conditioned. You can even ask them to customize the dishes like decreasing the amount of chili or oil used.“

“This is by far the best quick/takeout Chinese Food in Jersey City. CASH ONLY, but they have an ATM inside with a $2.95 service charge. There's always 3-4 people working in the kitchen and the nicest no non-sense woman at the register. Solid pricing considering it's about the same as every other place in JC except quality is better here. Be good to them and they'll be good to you.“

“Over 20 years ago I got almost every meal, every day from Old Peking. I was a super broke artist and the sweet couple who owns the place always treated us like family and fed us delicious food that literally saved us. It’s so awesome to see they are still open so many years later. I hope to go back one day and leave them a nice tip because I never could afford to leave a tip back in those days.
