“The staff are honest and considerate. I forgot my credit card in the counter and they kept it safely. When I called them of my predicament , they did assure me that they have my credit card and I was able to pick it up with no problem. Thank you !

“Currently enrolled at NJCU and this of course my go to place when I’m hungry. The food and beverages are delicious, but service can be a bit slow only 15-20 min. before or after a block of classes gets out. If you go during those times, you can expect longer wait times and the (slight) possibility that you’re order may be wrong. This is a coffee shop on a university campus.... please have realistic expectations.“

“There was no vanilla with sprinkles (my favourite)but they worked hard to make those donuts and the atmosphere was very clean and good and my friends enjoyed the donuts but they wanted more.
Kid-friendliness: The kids loved the donuts and they wanted some more but mom said "Only one donut per kid.".“

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, but the door you need to push open yourself, which can be heavey. But staff are supper friendly they opened the door for me when I waved to them that I needed help.“

“Dunkin used to be my go to place for coffee and breakfast. I used to go almost every other weekday for years, way before they even rebranded the name to drop "Donuts". After moving out of my home town, I found that other locations were always inconsistent or just down right bad with their coffee preparation, so I moved onto new coffee chains.
After a few years without Dunkin, I started going to this location this past year out of convenience. From the beginning, I had no complaints and my coffee and food always came out tasting good and in timely fashion.
Over the summer I finally found myself coming here on a consistent, almost weekly basis, and each time I'm pleased with my experience. This location is really consistent with their iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
The staff is always very friendly and when I stop in during non-rush hour traffic, they are attentive. Today was a great example. I stopped in around 10:40am, and I was in no less than a minute before the two woman who were working up front asked me what order number I was there for. They were very clear in communicating that they were working on my order and it would be ready shortly.
Just a shout out to this location. Whatever management is doing here, keep it up“

“This is the better of the two DDs in the area. The one on Kennedy and Bowers is so inconsistent and slow.I've only had an issue 3x here over the last 3 years, most of the time an easy fix. I do go outside of rush hour, but even when I have during rush hour, mobile ordering is a breeze.“
“We stopped here for our 40 minute break. The service was fast and the coffee and small snack we bought were good. The only complaint was that, on top of the small space and always crowded establishment, during our strictly regulated 15 minute visit an employee was chatting with an acquaintance right on top of us (literally) which not only made it impossible for us to sit comfortably, but also made us fear that at any moment the visitor could knock over our coffee with her huge purse. It was definitely an unpleasant experience.“
“The stop at Dunkin was worth it for me.I asked for a customized hot drink, it was done without hesitation. Nice touch for me, guy used long spoon to blend it well.Also they had my favorite donut, the apple crumb.
Parking: Parking is not bad, remember Dunkin also shares space with convenience store. There is also a Gulf gas station here as well.“
“Great choice within Newport Mall. This is the place where you go when inside the mall, you are on a budget, you do not want surprises about your food and do not plan to sit down for long. Explained...it is not worth to go to the mall just for this DK, prices are below the average you will pay in the mall, the food is not great but you knew that before hand and the service is at least ok but they move fast. One thing to really improve: cleaningness (the table's area was unpresentable)“

“Went through the drive thru and it was a little wait till it was my turn to pay and receive my food. Always check your bags because sometimes they may forget something. But if you do notice that they did forget something and you let them know by the window they will quickly get it for you.“
“I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts! Every time I visit one of their locations, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the donuts are out of this world. I particularly enjoy their classic glazed and Boston cream donuts. The atmosphere in the store is always welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat. I highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying breakfast or snack.“
“Staff are so friendly with customers and they help in choosing the right combo and with other choices(beverages and food). They deliver well baked sandwiches and make sure Coffee is made just according to what customer asked for.

“I have been going there for 8months now and I love the place. The food is great and the coffee done to our taste. The place is very clean. The workers there are very nice and polite. “The workers at this Dunkn' location are wonderful, very polite and respectable!! But the problem is the undesirables hanging around the drive-thru window. There should be no one standing around when I'm trying to pay for my goods. The man that was standing there yesterday had 1 shoe on, soars all over his face and hands and he was digging for gold in his nose!! I'm sorry its absolutely unacceptable and unfair to the young ladies and gents working the drive thru and to the customers who want to patron this location. Please see if there is anything that can be done to combat this problem.“
