“I stopped by here after getting off the train I was a little hungry I ordered boneless chicken they were a little hard I didn’t care cause I was hungry the manager ( Indian man ) saw me struggling to eat them cause they were hard came to me and apologized offer me another order and came and gave me an order of fries and apologized for a fast food restaurant I was surprised normally they don’t care I really appreciate this he was very nice that’s how you take care of your guest and I hope his establishment is very successful excellent customer service“

“I'm not sure if it's a store tradition, but I should have known that you were going to serve me cold mac and cheese. Overall, the fried whiting dinner was excellent, and the fried shrimp dinner was passable but a little overcooked. Nevertheless, I gave you guys four stars without a doubt.“

And wow so glad we did , the batter on the fish was done to perfection ( even better than home ) the scotch pies were top notch and the empire biscuits delicious. Our intentions were to take the food home but the host was very friendly so we stayed for well over an hour. We even ordered food for the next day and it tasted as if it was just make. “The best fried fish in town. Small husband and wife joint. Nothing fancy to witness but you can appreciate the food they serve it’s such a hidden gem and it’s my all time favorite spot. Took my friend here for lunch today for the first time and he said the best beans in this area hands down.“

“Fancy fish always has good quality fish it may not look like anything from the outside but the food is good. I usually go for the fried fish flounder with yuca fries and a salad. The place is amazing considering the price and service. Always great people working behind the counter.

Parking: Parking kind of sucks in this area however if you look around you can find a spot.“

“Great place to watch football. Nondescript sports bar on the lower level of Seamore's in a great location across from Time Out Market. They play all the NFL games and have the sound on for the game on the large projector. The crowd is great, and The Hull team (Andrew!) is exceptional. “I always walk past by this fast food joint. The halal sign made me intrigued to come in and try something different. I ordered hot wings and it tasted no different than any other place so don’t let that be a deterrent. It was salty, spicy and tasty. Would recommend it!“

“I've been supporting Bed-Stuy Fish fry for years. I wonder why they cut back on giving white rice. I was really disappointed about that today. For 20 dollars I really wish I could've gotten atleast a scoop and a half of rice. The server kept saying that's the portion size. It's seems minor, but to me it wasn't , I just came from work and school and it was my first meal of the day by 3 p.m. There is no where to sit inside so I to sit and eat in my car. Therefore, you really can't see how much you're getting in a real plate. I need to cook my own food from now on.“
