Build-your-own bowls are a joy rather than a chore: the rice is properly seasoned (not an afterthought), the mango and edamame add real brightness, and the crispy garlic and furikake toppings earn their place instead of feeling like filler. Portions are big enough to leave you satisfied without the heavy, sluggish feeling you get from a lot of quick-service lunch spots, and the prices feel fair for the quality of fish you're getting. My only gripe is the seating — a handful of cramped stools near the window — but honestly, this place is worth getting as takeout and eating somewhere with a view. It's become my go-to for a fast lunch that still feels like a treat.“

“Extremely clean environment and very friendly n helpful staff... I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. It had no taste and the texture was spongy- my choice of the sesame dressing left the salad very wet and soggy by the time I got it home! I suggest eating there or ask for the dressing on the side!!! Bubble Tea’s & ice cream flavors were AWSOME!!! I highly recommend...“

“Recently tried this place for the first time and it exceeded my expectations! It was my first time trying a Poke bowl and now I'm hooked. I'm always excited to see new places pop up that offer vegetarian options. I got the fried Tofu as my protein option and it was perfectly cooked. I ordered a poke bowl by phone and the delivery was really quick. The food was sooo good and fresh everything tasted amazing and they were very generous with the portions. I got the spicy tuna, spicy shrimp, and spicy salmon, and they were all delicious. If you love spicy food, you’re going to love them.

“I ordered the 3 piece fried chicken,cole slaw and biscuits.Overall the food was ok.The chicken wasn't the juiciest and didn't have much flavor.The coating was fried dark but little to no flavor.
The biscuits were ok but I didn't see option for butter or honey.The slaw was basic.“

There as another customer here at the same time who was “part of the meal plan” and was absolutely terrorizing the staff. She was extremely combative and unreasonable and immediately escalated to “reporting” the employees. “I stopped in Epicerie Boulud WTC in August 2021. It has a great view of the Oculus. I got an almond croissant and a latte. Both were good. Unfortunately I spilled my latte all over. The staff lady was so kind. She got me another latte free of charge. Very kind. Another staff came with a mop to clean up the mess I had made. I would recommend Epicerie Boulud as a rest stop during a visit to the World Trade Center.“

Have not had this good poke in a while, maybe not only just best in Brooklyn but best in New York!!!, 5 star sushi restaurant grade fresh, flavorful, large portion tuna and salmon, sauce well made complement all sides, absolutely unlimited mixture possible but custom selection, also classic Hawaiian tuna is always my number 1 choice“

“The fried chicken here is insane! What a deal as well.

The pieces are gigantic and the sides are incredible. I'd recommend getting the fried chicken with the mac salad and at least 2 sauces. The umami scallion and the sweet chipotle soy is a combo that is out of this world.

The kimchi coleslaw is also great. If you're not feeling fried chicken, the huli huli chicken is also amazing. Tender juicy and well seasoned. I wish it was a tad juicier but can't complain, it comes with this amazing rice which makes for a great meal.

I'd take this fried chicken over fluffies next door any day of the week.“

“The staff is nice and how can you not like a 91 year old man? The Mai Thai and zombie paired well with the food and the decor of the restaurant. The pu pu platter was delicious, my favorite was either the shrimp toast or Hawaii beef. For the main course we got the lobster soma and lychee pineapple duck, the lobster comes in this tasty slightly spicy brown sauce and the duck was sweet but not overwhelming, the meat was tender and plentiful. My mother had come here as child around when they first opened, since I just moved up here within the year my mother came to and said we had to come here, I’m glad we did. I’d definitely come back!“
