“You come here for takeout/delivery food, not the atmosphere. It’s not a date spot, however, the takeout would delight any date you might have for certain. The jerk chicken, plantains, rice and peas are excellent and the homemade ginger beer is a real plus. Ignore the ambiance, embrace the food! Bonus: If you have an event, you can call ahead to order large sizes of everything.“

“I’m here visiting for a few days, and I decided to order some Jamaican food, taste soo good I had to order more on my second day. Honestly the only thing I didn’t really like was the festival because I prefer it to be soft, the ackee n Saltfish was perfect, jerk chicken was soo good, and the patty and coco bread taste like from Jamaica. Please get the 2 L drink portions for D n G.“

“The food was cooked to perfection texture is perfect I must say and the staff is friendly and attentive so the service gets a five-star unfortunately the food doesn't quite hit like a Jamaican spot should the flavors aren't their. it is good don't get me wrong but it is lacking that Jamaican passion those hole in the wall spots have.“

“Quality Jamaican food in Brooklyn Heights! The food is consistent I think I've tried everything on the menu. The meat just falls off the bone and is seasoned to perfection. The Oxtail, Stew Chicken, Rasta Pasta you name it they all are delightful. A party in your mouth at a reasonable price you just can't beat it. I really wanted to Gate Keep this one but its so good others need to try it.“
