I am shocked that they’ve been in business for more than a year and I just found them now?Being an avid bubble tea lover along with my kids, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is a hidden gem in the heart of JSQ. The owner is very down to earth and a people person. You won’t step out of that place without a smile. She will make your drink according to your preference. You can make as many adjustments as you’d like and she will do it with a smile.

We ordered 2 Oreo shakes and a latte bubble tea. I ordered them in M size, but she gave me in L size? and still charged me for M. My kids loved their Oreo shakes and I very much enjoyed my latte. I can’t wait to go back and try the other bubble tea flavors and the waffles and crepes.

“This is one of the best Boba places I ever been too. The lady at the front first greeted me how was your day with the most kindest attitude. May god bless her. Then I got my Boba and it was filled with surprises and it was so yummy. When I left she interested me in a cheesecake. When I got i almost cried because of how good it was. I get she was overwhelmed by working alone and having a lot of people ordering but she has to do better as an OWNER! “Great spot, must check out for locals. Still working my way through the menu, bubble teas are great, milk teas use some additional creamer so they are very milky unlike some other places. Fruit slushes are also great, not too sweet just right. Their fried chicken is wonderfully flavorful and doesn't need a dip it's very juicy. Their Taiwanese toast is an indulgent treat with ice cream, and very good. Shaved ice items are a must try, very flavorful while remaining a bit light. And their acai bowls are also great, they are not super frozen like others so the texture is actually quite different and easier to eat than more frozen acai bases.

I still have to try their smoothies but definitely check these guys out you won't regret it.“

The interior decor is very warm and all filled with cute piggies everywhere once you walk in. Service was friendly and great. “This Kung Fu tea is located right in front of food court, mainly a take out store. They have all the popular drinks. In addition they also sell macaroons and large tea bags. The store is very clean and organized. One person is at register, 3 are making drinks in the back, one handing them out correctly, during heavy rush hour. “Tasty food. I had 4 flavors of boneless wings. KRISPY, Honey, Soy, and Cheese. I will say Honey was probably best followed by Soy. Cheese was very unique, like a cheese doodle, but it's chicken. I like it, but you might not want that as a main dish, but a great side with some beer. Nothing wrong with Krispy. The boneless wings were very large, expect larger than a typical restaurant.“

Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea.
