“We stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night and we're really impressed by this little hidden gem. Whole place seats about 20 people, and the dining room has a lovely view of hayfields and the mountains. We got the seafood basket which was super fresh, and the ribeye (we shared both). The steak was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is eclectic and warm, and our server was energetic and friendly. Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion, we don't have many dining options this fancy out here!“

This is a gastronomic treat from an entire team that does not present any versions of the obligatory standards found on most other menus. The wait staff has a great energy, which adds to the whole dining experience. I travel from PA to experience the food and if it were closer it would certainly be a go-to for me. “We went to Latour for our anniversary. Got a packaged deal with a 1 night stay at Minerals because we could only stay one night. The package included a credit for the 7 course dinner and wine pairing. Nothing bad to say about Latour. The chef made accommodations for myself because I'm allergic to shell fish and my spouse for not eating beef or pork and still keep it pretty close to the menu. The only dish that couldn't be altered was the pork because its portions are split between two people but that didn't bother me, the Chef substituted Oxtail me and Tortellini for my spouse, which were both on the 3 course menu. Trevor the sommelier, made adjustments with the wine pairing toatch the food and was awesome as was Blake and the rest of the wait staff. Kate is absolutely phenomenal and every time we met with her I felt so confident that everything would be taken care of perfectly, and on the day of everything ran so smoothly. They do weddings at the Conservatory frequently and they know the ins and outs of how to make a wedding go well. The food was delicious. We chose family style and our guests seemed to enjoy that a lot. The food during cocktail hour was plentiful and amazing. They do a great job serving food that is both delicious and interesting. Paired with fresh cut fries (fresh cuts for the hip) this cheboygah will change everything you ever thought was possible in culinary art. Their chilli is a meaty dense dark texture that warms the coldest souls from the darkest corners of the earth. My wife ventured into the land of poultry there by ordering a fried chicken special. All she lent me was half a wing in fear that she would run out of chicken too fast. Our server, I never got her name as she was also bartending / changing the lives of men and women who were experiencing the saloon, was nothing short of a messenger of God. Bringing food and drinks promptly and kindly and ensuring we did not faint out of pure bliss during our dining experience. All humans must enter this establishment and order a cheboygah. This is the only way to have the best in the universe. It will ruin all other boygahs for you at every place you ever get one. “Lamp Post Inn is FANTASTIC! We recently had a reception here for our son's baptism. Sal (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, helpful, and very patient with all my questions and inquiries. The room we had was perfect for our guest list of about 45 adults and 15 kids (10+ were under the age of 9!) Everyone RAVED about the food which was your normal buffet food. However, this was the best buffet food I have ever had! The chicken francize was my personal favorite. Our minimalist decorations were perfect for the intimate space and getting to be in the space early was perfect! Our servers went above and beyond for all our guests. “This local tavern seems to have transformed itself during the pandemic! The food is amazing! I was surprised at the prices however. We intended to stop in for a few beers and burgers, it was not a special night out but it wound up costing as much as if it were. The noise levels tend to get pretty high in the bar, so you may prefer to sit in the back dining area. Go and support locally owned establishments!“
