“We went to experience the famous burger. I was disappointed in the soggy bun. The onion gravy was delicious but made the bun fall apart and couldn't enjoy the cheese or the meat Maybe a harder roll would be better. The steak tartar was amazing seasoned and the parpadella small plate could eat as a meal. But the carrot cake OMG!! The BEST!! I would eat here again to get a very impressive salad and the carrot cake again!!“

“Don't go on a Sunday! Last time we were there was on a Friday evening, menu was good. Sunday only offered a $50.00 brunch and a very limited menu. Crab cake was half the size of the bun it came on! We got there after one and the brunch closed at 2, so yea, menu please - not very appetizing.“

The service staff is extremely professional - best we've experienced in years, especially our waiter - wish we caught his name all we know is he's Brazilian, been there for 4 years, and is very proud to work there. Owners: Give that man a Gold Star. Our meal was fantastic. Very good tuna and salmon, cooked exactly as ordered and plated/served beautifully. No shrinkflation here, the portions are generous so lay off the bread basket if you can. The desert, a dark chocolate and choc mousse masterpiece, was the best desert I've had in my 6 decades of living, no exaggeration.We will definitely return to Charlie's!“

“I have passed this place many times and can't believe I've been sleeping on it! Romantic, cozy, and the food is great. Our server, Eric, was great! Celebrating my sisters birthday dinner was a success. We had the oyster special and arancini balls, dinner for me was the salmon fettuccine. Slightly overcooked than I had asked but still worth finishing the plate. Kinda of an old man fisherman bar feel with pizza but still had some old school charm to it.“

“I went into Rockerfellas and I loved it. Rico and Renee are some of the nicest people you ever want to meet and have a good time with. The food is absolutely excellent. A few items were bland and not well seasoned. Portion size is hit or miss depending on what you order. “I came on a Thursday afternoon after a long Wednesday night and let me tell you for those of you that don’t know these can be some of your toughest ratings based off physical and mental prowess. The food was stellar and the service second to none. I was just speaking with my party about what kind of burger we wanted and it came out split on the plate for us. Watching the bartender behind the bar absolutely command the grill was an experience in itself. I would suggest stopping in for 4 hours and leaving fulfilled.“

“We brought our family there who were visiting for the weekend, 10 adults and 2 babies. Sean answered our call when we asked if they could accommodate us all and he then greeted us when we got there. He was very welcoming and nice, Our service was great. I did not catch our waitresses name but she is a younger girl and was amazing. She was beyond friendly and attentive. We all got different foods. The special, butternut squash soup was a huge hit at our table. Everyone loved their dinner as well ( chicken franchise, lasagna, short ribs to name a few) and my leftovers were just as good the next day. We certainly plan to go back. Thank you to the staff there for a great family dinner.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress reviewed all of the kids menu options with us and both our waitress and Sean checked on the two little ones while we were dining.“

“Let me tellllll you! This place is amazing. I've been here once and felt so welcomed and taken care of. I came in for lunch, had a beer and ordered a grilled cheese. I ordered from JD and asked for extra tomato's. LET ME TELL YOU this man brought me a tomato grilled sandwich with cheese and that's exactly what I was looking for. The bartender Gina was also a gem. So pleasant and sweet. I do not live locally but I will take the drive to come be back because of these two!!!“

“Took a daytrip to Belmar and decided to check out Anchor Tavern. The bartender Lindsey was friendly and accommodating. She recommended the wings which were cooked perfectly with their house bbq. 10/10! Manager Emerald made me feel welcomed and was very pleasant to talk to. Great service, great atmosphere. I imagine the Anchor is the place to be in the summer time. Check it out!“

“We just had our wedding at Watermark on Saturday and I could not wait to leave a review. Everything exceeded our expectations!!! The owner Russell was so easy to communicate with and was hands-on for the entire wedding. We truly felt that by the end of the event, Russell and his staff were part of our family. The wait staff and bartenders were amazing. But the food blew our minds. I never expected it to be as good as it was. The weddings at Watermark are very non-traditional. There is no sit-down dinner, yet they provide more than enough food. The third course is called "mini meals" which they pass around in bowls. These were unbelievably delicious. And the venue itself was just so classy yet casual. The couches and comfy chairs, huge windows with an amazing view of the ocean, big dance floor, and an awesome second-floor deck. “Went with my husband today, he had the crab cake sandwich with house cut fries, both were delicious. I had the blackened shrimp poke bowl. First time I had a poke bowl and it will definitely will not be my last. I only gave the atmosphere a 4 star because it was super loud inside and I basically yelled the entire time to talk. We had Victoria as our server and she was an excellent one at that. Prompt and extremely pleasant. We will go back again to try something else and hopefully have her again as our server.“

“On an ordinary day, we go here for beers and a burger with cottage fries and always have the best time. I have to mention this weekend specifically though because we had our wedding after party here. The owner, Kevin, is truly one of the nicest people and always provides service with a genuine smile. He is courteous and made all of our family and friends feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our evening. My daughter had a fried chicken taco bowl salad which she enjoyed but couldn't finish it. Good size salad. My son in law had the cheesesteak sub and he couldn't finish it either. Lol.
