We've enjoyed the mooshu pork (very good), sweet and sour chicken (delicious), and general tsos with white meat (omg!). Their wonton soup is the best in the area. “Recently we (me and my husband) were visiting Morristown for work and it was our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We decided to make it special by trying out Indian and Indo-Chinese Buffet at Spice Route. We were warmly welcomed by the host and really loved their hospitality. The choice of appetizers was amazing. Indo chinese did not disappoint. Only suggestion I can provide is to increase number of vegetarian items a bit. Overall our experience was great and would certainly recommend it to someone who needs a change and skip cooking over a weekend.“

“Happen to stop by based on reviews and boy the reviews didn’t fail. We ordered a combo- 5 special rolls and 2 entrees. It was more than enough for 4 hungry adults. All the rolls we ordered were so fresh and tasty. They have one of the best rolls! We ordered a hot and spicy shrimp and it was so crispy and the sauce was delicious. They even take the tails off! A yummy surprise was the free roll they gave us! Can’t wait to return…“

“I've heard a lot of great things about this place, so when I happened to be in the area, I made sure I finally checked it out and I'm so glad that I did. I went on a late Saturday afternoon, so the wait wasn't too long. I bet it was probably busier during the actual lunch time. My friends and I got the following: #16 - spicy ground pork over hand-pulled noodles #44 - scallion pancake Noodle #2 - beef with hand pulled noodle soup They were all very good, but we really liked the spicy ground pork dish. We actually wanted to try the wide noodles, so we actually ordered just some of them plain and mixed them with the leftover spicy pork sauce. It actually tasted better with the wide noodles. I usually always add hot oil to my food whenever I get a chance, but the spicy ground pork had a perfect kick to it, so didn't need the hot oil at all. However, the one dish I was surprised and really liked was the complimentary side dish of a cucumber salad, made with very simple seasonings according to our server. It was soooooo good and went so well with all the dishes and added freshness to the rich food we were eating. My friend even ordered some to take home, which was around $6/$7 (can't remember exact price). If you do go, don't skip the cucumbers. Not a fancy or big place, but the turn over is pretty quick because the service is fast, so food comes out very quick. If you're in the area and you want good food, this is a place you must stop by. I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes.“

“I ordered two general tsos chicken dinner combos the other day and really enjoyed my food. My husband noticed that the pork fried rice looked different from what he is used to. We both agreed that it looked and tasted healthier. The fried rice was lighter in color and was not greasy. My guess is maybe they don't reuse the oil? (I wouldn't care if they did to be honest). The food was good and I think decent general tsos chicken is hard to come by (even at the nice dine in restaurants). I said hi to a woman behind the counter when I first got there but she didn't say hi back :(. She did leave the restaurant right after so maybe she didn't actually work there. The man who took my order was friendly though. It's a typical Chinese take out spot and it looked clean.“

“I'm not a vegetarian myself, but the allure of Veggie Heaven can't be denied. They make all the classics and more with completely vegetarian / vegan sources of protein such as soy, seitan, mushrooms, etc.I've been here a number of times and a must try are the chicken nuggets with their signature sweet sauce. They nail he texture and taste.Restaurant is massive, so there's almost always walk-in seating available. “Absolutely one of the best restaurants we've tried in some time. first time having Taiwanese food. very simple with some amazing flavors. we ordered the Crab/Pork soup dumplings as soon as we sat down. simply the best I've had. the Cucumber salad with hot chili oil, fantastic !!! Popcorn Chicken was the first chicken of its kind that didn't need a sauce. the meat was crispy and moist and held its own without a sauce. Taiwanese sausage was served with sliced garlic. simple a delicious !!!! we also had the fried pork soup dumplings which were incredible !!!! Can't wait to go back and try their entrees. Restaurant was packed when we arrived for lunch and stayed that way. Service was impeccable. Next time I'll make sure to make a reservation !!!!“

“Just ordered food here for a lazy Monday night where I didn't feel like cooking myself. Food was delivered within 20 minutes, HOT, and good tasting. Especially with inflation, there is a decent amount of meat in each wanton & meat dish I ordered. I usually order from a different spot because it's closer, but will be ordering delivery from here moving forward!“

“This place is exceptional! I believe they’ve been in business for over 30 years for good reason. Chinese food is not my favorite food but these guys do such an awesome job that everything I have from them, I love. You can tell that integrity and quality is priority in everything they make.Second of all, and I think this is extremely important, they are so friendly! They always say hello, ask how you are, make eye contact and thank you for your business. That’s not common these days in a lot of casual dining places and It goes a long way with me.In a town where there is probably eight Chinese places in a 5 mile radius. “The food at No. 1 Wok's is very good. I've gotten take out from there over 20 times and was happy every time. I never had gastrointestinal issues after eating it because everything was fresh and properly handled. You get a lot of food here and a few times the food was even 5 star. The owner is very friendly to me and that makes me feel good because I work on the road alone most days and it's nice to have a friendly encounter of this nature.“

“An expensive but very good choice for Chinese.Recommend the Peking duck and the Xiao Long Bao, the water spinach with preserves bean curb.Staff are friendly and helpful.However, unlike almost all Chinese restaurants I have experienced, they charge you for steamed rice. The prices they charge could easily cover some plain steamed rice.The Half Peking duck comes with 10 pieces of pancake. Be warned that if you need extra you better order at the same time as take about 15mins. Also the additional order is only 5 pieces for which they charge and is ridiculous they don’t inform you of this.Overall- great chive but you are nickel and dimed which is off-putting.“

“Location is easy to miss, but look for T-Mobile, they are in the same plaza. Huge parking lot in the back of the restaurant. Pro tip: Bring cash to save 10% off your meal! I ordered braised flounder filet and romaine heart in sichuan roasted chili sauce and cilantro, it was super tasty and spicy, as expected! It was a little pricey just because of how little amount of fish filet we got in the dish. Tons of sauce, enough for me to use and cook another meal the next night. It's a pretty big restaurant, great for big parties!“

“The best food easily in town for Chinese that is high-end and affordable. As far as service goes, they are one of the few places that make the art of delivery or pick up an inspiration to other businesses. They are very efficient in their process and greet you with a smile when you come to pick up your food, there is no place to sit here at least in the Montclair location. Insider tip get their general Tao’s chicken wings. Really, everything is great.“

“When our family have a meeting, we order Chinese-Peruvian food from this restaurant. Always enjoy the art of mixture between Chinese and Peruvian flavors. They made the best Wantan Soup, Arroz Chaufa and many other delicatessen plates, include family size to pick up. And of course, we are Peruvians!!“

The only down side, using egg roll skin as the pancake is a bit of a cop out. A true Mandarin pancake would have earned it 5 stars.“

“We often order from Verona Chinese Kitchen, delivery only. Deliveries are prompt. I really like their Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Chicken with Cashew Nuts. My husband enjoys their Beef with Snowpeas, and Shrimp Toast. We sometimes order their soups, especially the Hot and Sour soup and Wonton soup, but ask for modifications as my husband has certain tolerances. “This is a spacious restaurant with booths and tables. I enjoy going to the restaurant and enjoying their hibachi grill and their many sushi selections and their wide choices of dishes. They were both hot and crisp on the outside while the vegetables in the filling still had a little crunch to them. Beef chow fun was good. “I used to go to D n B in lake Hiawatha and loved it but with new owners their fried rice and other food has changed and I just don't care for it. “okay they made one mistake in my order, they gave me white rice instead of brown rice. the tofu dinner was a little bit bland, but otherwise the place is good. it had been recommended to me by a friend. I would have to say without a doubt, this was the most food at the lowest price of any Chinese takeout in New Jersey. with that in mind, in addition to large quantities, the quality of the food was pretty good. “I stumbled upon this establishment approximately one month ago as I recently relocated to the Montville area. It is conveniently located down the road from my residence. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Barbeque Spare Rib combination plate. The ribs are tender and meaty and they do not drown them in sauce. The pork fried rice is moist and has lots of flavor. The service is wonderful both carry out and delivery. This is our go to for quality Chinese cuisine with generous portions, at a very reason price.“
