“Just a note of feedback to reviews posted recently, no one should open the restaurant early for Chiller and, no, the potential profit is NOT there. This Ruth’s Chris location is steadfast and phenomenal. The servers are excellent, knowledgeable, and dedicated. There’s a great team in the kitchen and it’s apparent in the dining experience. One doesn’t find such a long term and tenured staff at a dining establishment without the restaurant having a good reason to be honored with such retention. Also, Kasey is absolutely beautiful, so the last reviewer is probably reacting to their own bitterness and jealousy. Long term regular here, couldn’t recommend more, and I’ll never quit. Oh, and don’t pay for parking, but do go enjoy a steak served with care and hospitality.“

“Our first time as we are visiting from out of town. Our server Cesar was so wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had a charbroiled taste which we loved. We also had the Bavarian pretzels app special which was awesome!!!! Our drinks were also fantastic. This was a great choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found it. Highly recommend!!!!!!“

“I go to this restaurant at least 2 times per month. Everything on the menu is great. Prices are cheaper than the other restaurants near by. Food is colombian but the owners are mexican but don't be fooled thinking that taste is not the same because it IS THE SAME TASTE OF COLOMBIAN FOOD. They do have customers parking in rear. Don't park across the street in the banks parking lot you will get towed as it happened to a friend of mine“

“Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. So we were bummed when we saw they closed the original location because how much we loved the place. We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. We will definitely be returning in the future. I implore anyone that reads this to visit and support this wonderful place.“

“Haven’t been to Jimston’s steakhouse in quite sometime…. Had to visit Livingston today… stopped into my old stomping grounds for some dinner and it did not disappoint.. great to see Jamie and enjoy som memories. The burger was outstanding!“

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. “If I could call a place my “cheers” this place would be it. I came here for a first date one day. Never saw that guy again but became a regular here! Now I feel like family. Always a welcome greeting!
Not to mention the food is phenomenal. I’m highly addicted to the Franklin steak house salad with steak. Their house dressing is soooooo good. Get the garlic bread too. Everything is really good. I’ve no complaints.

Manager (blond woman) was disappointing in her lack of understanding and customer service -very poor.. It is sad we must find another favorite restaurant because we loved it there.“

“My visit to Outback on Rt.46 in Parsippany New Jersey was one of the most pleasant experiences of my entire trip. My waiter's name was Lucas. He was friendly, professional, helpful, efficient, polite, patient, mannerable and had great expertise about service and was knowledgeable about great foods listed on the menu.. He treated me with such dignity that I felt special actually I felt regal. He is an asset to Outbank Steakhouse. Thank you Lucas, I will be referring relatives to your restaurant.
