“Had a great experience with Davidovich Bagel Cafe. This is exactly what you want from a local bagel spot—fresh, high-quality bagels with that perfect texture and flavor.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was excellent—simple, classic, and done right. You can tell everything is made with care, and the consistency really stands out.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything feels very well-run. The owner was also a pleasure to talk to, which added to the whole experience. The art on the wall adds a nice touch to the atmosphere and gives the place extra character. It has that classic neighborhood feel with lots of regulars coming in, which says a lot.

“I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. “BEST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TO. Their food is nice, fresh, and for their munchkins they all have dates on them. Staff are the most friendly and best part about this place. They are kind and welcoming, and they are great at their job. Food always comes out quick and fresh, longest i’ve had to wait for food was 10-20 minutes on a busy day. The atmosphere is pleasant, and this place is always decorated for the season, and the locals aren’t that bad. I’ve never had an issue with this place in my 2-3 years of coming here.
