“We go to, and order from here ....weekly!! All their dishes are consistently fresh and amazing! We recently dined in and tried some noodle soup entrees and they were delicious and filling. We also love the salmon teriyaki which comes with a huge side of sushi! And all the rolls are fresh and great. My Fuji never disappoints!“

Our server was not only pleasant, but efficient also. She made sure that we were good on multiple occasions. My daughter who did not attend collects chopsticks so I grabbed a few stained ones from our table, she immediately replaced those with not only new ones but two different types of chopsticks without us asking. The fresh taste of the salmon was outrageous. The Taiwanese fried pork chop served w/cabbage and rice was so flavourful and juicy. It was as if I was in a private home. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze - the woman on the line guided us to select a number of rolls and sashimi and even gave us a few recommendations that ended up being solid picks. There was a wait of around forty minutes for our platters, but the resulting dishes were gorgeous, and most importantly, tasty.The folks here are as nice as can be and while we placed a to-go order, it seems like a postprandial froyo might be a great perk of dining in. Tap water also wasn't my favorite but don't let that prevent you from getting this great sushi. Although we couldn't have any of the sauces that came with the rolls since they had gluten, they did have GF soy sauce which was great. The server didn't have much personality and we did have to reconfirm what sauces had gluten and which didn't and had to ask for a second GF soy sauce as well even though in the beginning we did say there are two of us. “I love sushi and have gone to a number of restaurants in the NY/ NJ area. Some big name places in NYC and northern NJ. My search ended when a dear friend suggested we go to Wabi Sabi. Since that suggestion , our family and invited friends go on a regular basis and we have never been disappointed. The sushi is the freshest and Tommy offers fish you are never see at other restaurants. They offer different specials every week based on the season. It is not just the fish but the presentation and experience. Alice and her staff are extremely attentive and add to the experience. The final treat are the desserts which alone are worth the trip ! The deserts are also based on the season and change. Bravo and never change“

Toro was half full when we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday but, by 8pm it was full so, our timing was perfect. They also honor your requests - like for an extra couple dollars you can order extra chicken and they really give you EXTRA chicken (I mean look at the pic). As for the food, it's exactly what you'd expect from one of these spots. Flavorful, juicy teriyaki chicken with some nice veggies on the side. The rice always tastes fresh and the portion is perfect. I've ordered other items a few times like their shrimp tempura roll and their dumplings. They're delish too but I would definitely say the chicken is the star of the show for me. “I took my very good friend Gary to Kyoto’s to celebrate his birthday. We both had the Sushi Deluxe which was exquisite! Nancy was our server. Her service was excellent. The owner came over to wish Gary a happy birthday and they even made us fried Oreo’s for a delicious birthday desert. It was a wonderful time. Definitely worth the price.
