I was so impressed I stayed after to watch the EPL matches they were showing even though I'm not a big EPL fan. From the moment we arrived, Chelsea greeted us all with a friendly smile, the service she provided was first class. Even when the bar got extremely busy, Chelsea never got flustered and showed total dedication and commitment to her duties and treated everyone to the same high standard of service whether it was for a group of people who were ordering 10 cocktails or to others ordering food Chelsea was excellent and on point! How Chelsea kept up her sense of humour, enthusiasm and energy levels is beyond my belief. Especially after the bar was packed from people whom left Seal's concert at the Beacon theater to grab drinks and a bite to eat. Although we saw other waiters throughout the night, she stood out. Chelsea truly is a credit to your bar grill establishment. She fully epitomises what 5 star service is all about! Please pass on our thanks to her once again and I hope you will be able to offer her some kind of accolade for her tremendous efforts in making my night out so enjoyable.
