“Cecelia was soo kind and patient with me. As someone who doesn't frequently go to dunkin she was a big help on trying to help me figure out what I wanted to order. My hash browns were crispy, my guava refresher was delicious and her attitude was awesome. Will most definitely be coming back again soon“

“Pleasantly surprised when I found out they fry the donuts on the spot so it’s nice and perfectly warm when served. Tried out the blueberry pie and strawberry shortcake donuts and they were delicious. They melt in your mouth and have the perfect texture. The donuts also had the perfect amount of sweetness and they were not overly sweet. However, I did wish that the strawberry shortcake had more icing on it because I felt it had less than the blueberry one. The staff were super helpful and friendly too!“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

Staff is great. Last time I went, I ordered 2 donuts and she put 5 in a bag for me. I am not sure if its because it was a slowish day or because I look massively pregnant. Regardless I never turn down free calories!“

“This Dunkin is my go-to in the morning. Service is fast specially the guy that is working in the sandwich station. He works alone but gets the food done quick and right. “Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. “Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“Just stopped here to pickup coffee and a quick breakfast after our cruise vacation and bit of a drive home. What an amazing choice this was to finish off our trip back home.

The coffee is amazing!! We got an iced coffee and iced latte. Don’t think I’ve ever had coffee this perfect before! The donuts are MASSIVE too!

“Great location, they open early and on time, they're efficient, the order comes out correctly everytime, and the employees seem to know what customer service is. All it takes for a chain coffee place to get 5 stars is those basics and yet most of them still cannot perform. This location does well, and it may be off the main road but worth it to not have a problem with every one item order.“
