It fits in wonderfully with Red Bank’s culture even though it’s a recognized franchise brand and the coffee is delicious. The chocolate and strawberry croissants are very fresh. The top tier was raspberry with vanilla sponge, the middle was Nutella cannoli with chocolate sponge, and the bottom was vanilla sponge with lemon custard. Every layer was incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Our florist added fresh flowers, which made the cake look beautifully simple and timeless. You can imagine the rush when you go to a place like that on Labor Day weekend, add on top of that exhausted parents and over stimulated kids and it’s a recipe for disaster.
