“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“I've been wanting to go to this restaurant since it opened and we finally made it. We looked at the chef's tasting but didn't like the lack of choices so decided to go on Sunday for the a la carte. The space is lovely and cozy. They had a nice table for us as we were celebrating our anniversary. We brought a nice bottle of wine and started with the beets and the salsify. The beets were super smokey which was fine but after a couple of bites it was very overwhelming as it took over so the other flavors. The salad needed more seasoning as well as some citrus. The salsify was very well done and it was delicious! My husband ordered the cod which was good but spectacular and I ordered the duck which was quite underwhelming. It needed seasoning and the fat wasn't rendered as well so the skin wasn't very crispy. Considering the prices, I would have expected more. We didn't bother with dessert.“

“it was a gorgeous day and we were at Brookdale Dog Park. We looked up dog friendly restaurants. What a great place the food was awesome, the beers were cold and the service was excellent. The prices were so reasonable which is rare in Montclair! and they were so dog friendly! it was our first time there but not the last!“

“Always a steady goto in our restaurant rotation. Seasons 52 in Paramus never disappoints. Their Pork Chop is one of my favorite entrees along with the Filet Mignon and Lobster, you can't go wrong with the flatbreads, tuna tartare, golden beet salad, and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Something for everybody. Cartier and the rest of the crew that works the bar are great, and always welcome us back when visit.“

“Second baptism brunch I've attended here. The staff and food the last time were incredible but the staff this time were above and beyond incredible!! The food was very good and the place was extremely clean! Only issue I had was they put salad on top of each meal after serving a salad to start the meal. Didn't make much sense to me. But I still highly recommend this place!!! Too bad I could only give 5 stars to the service as it deserves 10!!!“

“I walked into this small cafe without even thinking they had such a great variety of food… I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!!!!!! The pizza is fantastic, thin airy crispy crust … so delicious!!!

I ordered the drunken parm sandwich and it was made fresh, the breaded chicken was made right then not cold and frozen like other places.. they put the perfect amount of cheese and sauce .. it was crispy and not messy. The hero bread was delicious too! I cannot rave enough about this place!

“Went at two different times.
First visit was amazing. We ordered the calamari to share and came out flavorful and crispy! I had the whisky glaze salmon and it was very tender and the glaze had the right amount of sweetness. The mashed was flavorful. The asparagus was ok.. a bit dry and tough but I ate it anyway haha. For the drink, I had the Dragonfruit margarita and it was very good as well. Right amount of booziness but not overwhelmingly so. The drink was also pretty. The service was also very fast and our server was very attentive and kind.

The second visit, we came on a Saturday and it was VERY busy. We waited an hour for a table and some of our apps were forgotten but the service was still pretty decent and they ended up comping some of our apps without being asked to. I still enjoyed my food. The music was amazing as well.. they played lots of Caribbean hits 😂🩷“

Jessie, our bartender, truly elevated the experience. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. The DJ set the perfect vibe, spinning old-school hip-hop that created an intimate yet lively atmosphere, even with a smaller crowd due to the storm. The fact that they stayed open and kept the energy high speaks volumes about their consistency and appreciation for their guests. A special touch was when they went out of their way to sing happy birthday to my boyfriend—such a thoughtful and memorable gesture!

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The octopus appetizer was cooked to perfection, and the olives that accompanied it were hands down the best I’ve ever had. For my entrée, I had the harper steak, and I can confidently say it was one of the most flavorful steaks I’ve had in years. Every bite was a 10/10, and the pricing was more than reasonable for the quality of the meal.

“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

“I went here for a fundraiser they had about 7 different hors d'oeuvres all were good the waiters kept them coming .I ordered the duck lollipops , cheeseburger , watermelon salad , spicy cauliflower and the wings all were very good . “Very chill family owned and operated North Jersey tavern and steakhouse. It's cash-only, but there is an ATM up front near the bar. The burgers and steaks are the main attraction, but there are plenty of seafood and poultry options that are delicious. They have a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktail specials (and a good variety of each). Service is friendly and your meal will likely be cooked and/or served by the the owning family.“
