“We used the adjacent Courtyard for our wedding hotel block, and could not be happier that we chose Fire & Oak for our after-party bar and day-after breakfast. We used the large private room that easily accommodated >50 people. The service and food were awesome, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!“

“We hit this place last night on a whim on the way home from a gig…Megan the bartender was lovely! Funny, witty, and adorable! She made us a bar pie and was very diligent about getting it just right! This place is great and we made friends with a couple of cool fellas who are regulars there. My boyfriend ended up in a conversation about guitars. We came from lands far away so this was just a whim but we will definitely be back! This place is old school cool with great service! Thank you for making us feel welcome!“

“I hosted a memorial dinner here , it was a very exclusive event . Very private and I was accompanied well by the staff and owner/ management. I was very satisfied with the price . I was able to rent out the venue for a few hours . It was great ! Thanks again to Jasmine who was very professional and kind . “We threw a drop-in Buffet dinner for family and friends at Houlihans for 30 to 35 people. The room is spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Our server Eileen was excellent and the food was delicious. Michelle who assisted with the catering was very detail oriented and help me plan a great event. Sebastian the manager as extremely gracious and helped ensure our guests were taken care of. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend..“

“Tucked away behind the Main Street we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls and a Japanese thingy for starter, both were really good. For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. We have booked again and would obviously recommend ?“

“I’ve hired Fiesta Entertainment 3 times so far. Once for a college event, then when I hosted a graduation party, and the most recent time was for my wedding this past September. I can’t imagine hosting another party and not hiring Fiesta Entertainment. That solid combination of professionalism, flexibility, and quality of service that Fiesta Entertainment provides brings ease to anyone looking to host a fiesta. My wife and I contacted Fiesta Entertainment CEO DJ Javi back in December 2019 to discuss our wedding plans and he met us in person (pre-pandemic) to discuss packages and what he could offer us for our big day. Given the pandemic, we had to alter our plans and change our date and DJ Javi was very understanding and super flexible with us. Finally September 12, 2021 we had our big celebration and boy did Fiesta Entertainment deliver. Our caterer called me after to tell me what a great choice I made in hiring Fiesta Entertainment. They were delighted at how easy coordinating the timeline for the day was with Fiesta Entertainment. Our venue loved Fiesta Entertainment so much that they immediately announced that they’d make them a preferred vendor. It’s no surprise and I can say it from experience, if you’re looking to hire someone to bring life to your vision of a big celebration, hire Fiesta Entertainment, you won’t regret it. “I have passed this restaurant 100+ times and just never went in. It kinda looked dark and unopened. I have noticed that the owners spruced up the exterior with flowers and outdoor seating. I also noticed they were now on DoorDash. I ordered a bunch of papusas and a tamale . The papusas were a tiny bit greasy but otherwise very good. The tamale was also excellent. Amando's seems to be stepping up their game, given them a try.“

“Being from Maine I’ll never admit this publicly, but we had the very best clam chowder, even better than anything we’ve had in Maine at the Station! It was so good! “On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!“

Stopped by this bar for their open mic night, and WOW — the energy was unreal from start to finish. You could feel the mix of raw talent and pure passion in every performance, but the absolute highlight of the night was the band featuring Matthew Rapelye.
They didn’t just play music — they owned the room. Tight, dynamic, and completely in sync, with vocals and instrumentals that hit every note perfectly. The kind of performance that makes you stop mid-conversation and just listen. People were cheering, vibing, and completely locked in.
The atmosphere? Laid-back but electric. Great crowd, welcoming vibe, and the kind of place where you walk in a stranger and leave feeling like part of something.
If you’re even remotely into live music, open mic nights, or just discovering insanely talented artists before they blow up — this is the spot.
