They allow you to choose between two coffees for your espresso; I had the “rum”, which is what the barista recommended with the drink I chose. I did not try the food, so I can’t comment on that. “This review is for their coffee but also their workspace at their 80th street location. As for the coffee — it’s great. Definitely more expensive than an already expensive coffee shop (iced americano is $9) — but it’s good for sure.

The drink is a lot more milk-forward, with the coffee flavor playing a background role as it wasn't intense. Drink is on the pricier side at ~$7, but I understand they use premium ingredients such as organic condensed milk?
They are laptop friendly so the limited seating gets snapped up quickly. A bit chaotic on the weekends given how small the space is but I imagine this to be a quiet retreat during off-peak hours. Also a heads up that there's no restroom!“

“After hearing great things about Land to Sea, we made the trip all the way from Long Island City—with our foster dog Mission in tow! The staff were so kind and even offered him ice water on a hot morning, which we really appreciated. We sat outside and were grateful for the shaded seating.

I had the roast pork bun and coconut bun—both were absolutely delicious! Perfectly chewy, moist, and full of authentic flavor.

The open windows are probably the best for people watching. But though the chai was tasty, nothing really would make me handle the terrible parking around Dumbo to return.“

I tried the deconstructed espresso, which I enjoyed for its unique concept—it lets you experience the pure, unaltered flavor of the espresso before moving on to the prepared version. I also ordered a chocolate hazelnut scone, which was decent, though the chocolate and hazelnut flavors were not very pronounced. Overall, it’s a lovely spot, and I’d consider coming back.“

I got Clarity juice, which contains lime, celery, cucumber and spinich. It tasted really fresh and refreshing! I can tell they use fresh ingredients for sure. The barista lady in the morning was very kind and courteous as well. I highly recommend this place! :)“
