“I love Cava and I've never had a bad meal here. It's like a Mediterranean Chipotle where you can customize a grain or salad bowl with different dips, toppings, and meats. I love the harissa chicken and spicy lamb. I like that they offer lower carb alternatives like RightRice and they offer plenty of vegetarian options. My bowl usually comes out to be about $16 as I add avocado but it's a very filling meal and usually enough for two meals.“

“A very delicious Mediterranean restaurant and perhaps the best in town! It's better than any small Mediterranean restaurant you usually see around but it's not at a fancy scale. The atmosphere was well maintained though not extravagant. Almost everything was well seasoned and well portioned. I really enjoyed my experience and food here and definitely recommend it to anyone who likes Mediterranean food.It's only a shame I won't be able to eat here more because I'm from out of town.If I ever am in town, I'd definitely return.Blue Fig Signature Dish 5/5 - A balanced, well presented, and nicely portioned dish with a plethora of delicious meats. Athough it was quite pricey, it was very well worth it. You get to try the different and exquisite flavors that they offer. My favorite was the lamb chop. It was the juiciest and most flavorful out of all 4 meats. I recommend getting fries because they pair really well with this dish. In fact, the fries are really quite delicious, well seasoned, and battered, which means they came out super crunchy.Burak 3/5- the halloumi filling was not so flavorful and the dough was not so crunchy as I would prefer. In addition, the quantity was pretty small, even for an appetizer.“

“As you walk up to the front door you can smell the food cooking on the grill and it draws you in. Everything is fresh, made to order, tastes, smells, and looks incredible. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. I had the chicken kebab platter and I loved it. The desserts look almost too good to eat.“

We tried Mahshi, Kushari, grilled chicken, Hawawshi, Pot Kebab, and Shawirma.It is easily the best Shawerma we have eaten in Philly so far. Mahshi is like no other place, real and authentic. When I walked In, the ambience was very beautiful, quiet & a pleasant smell was in the air. I was greeted by the hostess & was sat immediately. My waitress was a young man name “Kalid” (i sincerely apologize If I spelled it wrong). I stated to him this was my first time there & he gave me suggestions, helped me pick out my appetizer and entree. For my appetizer, I ordered the ground beef flatbread, very good. For my entree I ordered the lamb kebab and the side of mash potatoes. The presentation of the meal was beautiful! Very colorful & the lamb chops were tender. Unfortunately, there was a string of hair in my mash potatoes. I kindly pulled one of the waitress to the side & requested to just pay for my flatbread & drink. They did offer to make me a new meal but I kindly declined. The young man Kalid & was very apologetic & kind! He offered me a new meal, desert, and was trying to do everything he could to make my experience better for me *being this was my first time*. Off his sympathy alone & the atmosphere of the place, I will come back. I do believe things happen & that’s ok. We got the mixed kebab grill since we were 6 people and it was filled with tons of meat (chicken, beef, fish, shrimp), lots of vegetables, fries, and pita bread. “Let me start by saying I love the food at The Halal Guys so much that I ate there pretty much 4/4 nights a week for a year straight after work before trimming it back. I've never done that with any other restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to leaving the restaurant the other night said he drove 40 minutes to come enjoy the food. All of the food is very fresh. They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". King of Prussia is always very busy. Please do not let "Bobby Bobby" deter you from going to The Halal guys. He clearly doesn't understand the restaurant business......no crime. Look at his bowl. It has chicken and rice ONLY. Evidently he thinks since he is afraid of eating veggies that the rest of his bowl should be filled with extra meat. Sorry Bobby Bobby; that is not how any restaurant works. This place gives a ton of food. I rarely finish my small bowl and have never ordered a large one. In this business you could have the best product and location but take away top notch customer service and a highly dedicated GM/owner and get ready for your "Grand Closing". Caesar has been the GM at KOP for years now and I've never seen him have a bad day. He always has a smile on his face and treats all of his customers with the utmost respect. His customer service is exceptional. This is extremely rare. How do I know this? 35 years in the restaurant industry. Hail Caesar!!“

“The dishes was skillfully prepared and tasted excellent. Our server although he didn't know a lot of English and I don't know a lot of Spanish, we were able to accent our dialog between each other in Spanglish (lol) which made my experience there even more pleasant than the usual patrons. He was a very respectful and accommodating fellow , I forgot his name but if he sees this I was at table 7 , I myself was black my wife was Asian and my daughter was with us as well.
