“I went to Pops Bagel Shop this morning to grab breakfast. I had such a nice conversation with the owner. It was one of those genuine conversations that make you feel good about everything! What a great way to start the day. Remember to always do the best you can with what you have and be kind to whomever you can whenever you can. Side note: Big renovations are coming and it’s going to be beautiful….and the bagels…go get some. They’re so good!!!“

“This is one of my favorite DD locations. It's always clean and service is fast. They are pretty well consistent with making drinks and food. Employees are friendly and fast paced. Restrooms are kept clean and tidy. Parking is great out front and it's conveniently located in the mall loop.“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. EVERY employee I've met here (namely Joe Eva and Kathy today for their exceptional service) has always taken care of us to the best of their ability. “While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“
