I made a reservation to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and everything was great. What stood out the most was our amazing server Emily! “We had a reservation for Valentine's Day. We were seated, given our menus and then we waited 45 minutes and were not even served water. We left, and no one even noticed. We went and grabbed fast food instead. We have dined here previously but many years ago and enjoyed the food. Other people's food looked good. Maybe they were short staffed.“

I ordered a calamari to go, and the bartender (a super friendly guy) was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and even threw in a huge piece of bread—easily 10 inches long! Definitely enough for leftovers, which was a nice surprise. The little details like this make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!“

I called Miller's Ale House and was able to speak with a manager who made the reservation for our group. 2 months later, we arrive, the manager was phenomenal! The service amazing. The waitress, the best! The food- zero complaints! I highly recommend this restaurant. They absolutely nailed it and it made a huge difference in our evening! Thank you!!“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. “I had to go to Morristown memorial hospital for a few tests and had to fast the night before. So once I got out at noon I was starving so I came to Cottage II.
I had a lunch special for $13.50. Shredded Schewan Beef, with fried rice and wonton soup and I ordered schwan Dumpling as an appetizer. All the food was very fresh. Especially dumplings, out of this world. The waitress was a young girl , you can tell did not want to be there. She gave me an attitude when I asked for more napkins lol! Oh youth, the don't want to work. Food was very good. Ill be back.“
