“Was in the area and tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. Price was good and the portion size was very good! Flavorful and really tasty pork dumplings in broth. I appreciated the bok choy in the broth. If I’m in the area again, I would like to try other items on the menu.“

“Went to Japan in March and have missed the food since coming back home. Scarlet Bowls was a great find to enjoy some of the same foods we indulged in our trip. The owner is from Tokyo so it’s as authentic as you can get. We ordered the Udon, Curry Katsu, Takoyaki and Musubi. All were delicious and brought back memories of the trip. Will definitely return!“

“Pretty good people and food I overall would recommend this place to all my friends.
Being a student here at Rutgers having to go all day with classes and no food and finally trying this place out for this first time did not disappoint and made my day
If you haven’t been here try it out and it just might make ur stressed days into calm ones.“
“Humble as the place may appear, the food and the service are one of its kind. God only knows why New Brunswick deserves such a spot. Why doesn’t Chef Ge have a Michelin star? It’s not open to the public and there’s no open sesame. Legend has it that chef Ge shall find you in your dream should you wish.“

“If you like Hong Kong food, this restaurant will be a good choice. The three of us only had the Labor Day menu left to order. We ordered beef porridge and preserved egg and lean meat porridge, which were delicious. The porridge was cooked very authentically, almost replicating the taste of what we had in Hong Kong. The barbecued pork buns were so delicious that I forgot to take pictures. The appearance of the barbecued pork buns made me think that they were just a stuffed bun, but the fillings were amazing and tasted beyond expectation. The fillings of the dumplings are so much that they will explode, but the skin is as thick as a steamed bun, not the thin skin and meat as we imagine. I am not very used to it. Fried chicken wings are available everywhere in the United States, and there’s no comparison. In addition, what we like very much is the Hong Kong-style milk tea in the store. The boss has adjusted the sweetness. It is not as sweet as the Hong Kong milk in our impression. It is surprisingly delicious. Instead, it feels like Taiwanese milk tea. It turns out that the boss’s wife is Taiwanese. All in all, this store doesn't have any renovations, and the menu doesn't have very fancy dishes, but the food is really delicious. If you miss Chinese food (Hong Kong food) in the United States, this restaurant is definitely worth a try!“

“I am very impressed!! My first impression was this place is clean. We were greeted right away by Jessi and she was very attentive with her awesome service. I wasn't familiar with the menu and she guided me on what to order and she didn't disappoint. I had the pickled pepper soup and my boyfriend and I couldn't eat it fast enough. So, if you are looking for quality, this is the place!!
Thank you for your service and make sure Jessi is recognized. You don't get good service like this anymore.
Thanks again, Mila“

“You walk in and there’s scenes from Hong Kong all over the right wall. You know you’re there for wonton noodle soup, Hong Kong style and they are SPOT ON! It’s so good. The wontons, the noodles, the soup! Even the spoons seem to be meant for this bowl of goodness. Go find out for yourself!“

“Today was our second time getting take out, ordered two different dishes and both were excellent as were the two we got a week ago. They "get it" when it comes to balanced flavor, variety of veggies and even the way they cut them with a special slicer was perfect. Truly Thai is now our go-to Thai food destination. I hope it doesn't change and they keep up this quality.“
“Welcoming guests with chrysanthemum and wolfberry tea, colorful flatbread, mutton dumplings, big stick spines, and fried sausages, everything is delicious! The food is served quickly and the service is good! Will come again next time! ?Dine in: Yes“

“This is truly a hidden gem on Main Street, Sayreville. The front of the restaurant features an ice cream parlor, so the real Thai restaurant is very easily overlooked. There's a rear entrance directly into the restaurant from the side street. This was our first time ordering takeout from here. Amazingly wonderful food. We ordered the Red Curry and the Thai Grill and I never have tasted such delicious Thai food ever before!!!! It's a cozy little place to actually sit down and eat. Among all the Thai restaurants in the surrounding area, I will rate this a 5*, A++++ Next time we plan to actually sit down and have a meal at the restaurant, rather than take out. Highly recommend.“

“Food is delicious, definitely recommend! So happy to find good Filipino food close by. The menu varies day to day so I have to keep an eye out for my favorites! Staff is great - they even accommodated my request for an item that wasn't on the menu that day.“

“This was our first time trying Ramen so we have nothing else to compare it too. We saw this place had great reviews, and we both love soup so we gave it a try. I had the vegetable ramen and my husband had the beef ramen. We both thought our ramen soups were very good! Next time I’d like to try one of their Thai soups. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t speak English well so it was hard for her to explain their various soups they had. We would definitely come again. I recommend Ji Bei Chuan in Edison!“

“I don't understand how they have the ratings they do. Their sushi and milk teas are amazing!!! The workers are quiet and to themselves, but they're not rude. They do an excellent job at providing what you need. And they're fast. I come here a few times a month. Def worth coming here!!“

“Great local Asian spot! Everything was very fresh and flavorful - we sat outside which was a lovely, quiet ambiance. The Peking duck buns were very tender and we loved the yaki udon noodles and general tso’s chicken! Pan fried gyoza were also on point.“

“This place is really good ! One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. The rice is a little on the hard side but not too too hard- I just like my rice a little bit softer. But I love the chicken and the crab meat Rangoon ! Nice and light sweet and sour sauce. Plus they give free items when you order over a certain amount ! - I get this when I’m at work but I wish they were I live.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Noodles Time is amazing! I absolutely loved the pig intestines—they were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. But the real highlight was the duck noodle soup—it was to die for! The broth was rich and aromatic, and the duck was incredibly tender. The staff is super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“Absolutely delicious and authentic Sichuan food! Every dish was packed with bold flavors, the perfect balance of spice, numbing peppercorn, and freshness. The hotpot-style beef with glass noodles was amazing, and the stir-fried dishes had that true Sichuan kick. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted homemade yet refined.“

“Edison Noodle House has been a staple of our household for a while now. It has most definitely had its ups and downs with the owners trying to keep business alive. I can firmly say that this place is possibly the most underrated, hole in the wall, hidden gem spot one can ask for. The food is superb (水煮牛,红烧牛肉面,小辣椒牛肉面,and dumplings beat our homemade dumplings in quality and taste), and customer service is direct and straightforward. I must say that the ambiance and decor are weak spots but as a pure review for the food, it is sad and disappointing that business is not going well for this restaurant. The food is too good for this place to suffer like this.“

“It was one of those days that I was craving for Dimsum and a friend recommended this place for the family. It was a drive to get there but it was worth it. It didn’t disappoint! We did enjoy all the food we ordered. We made the kids try chicken feet too and actually enjoyed it! Definitely will be coming back. Love the wide open space, huge tables, the food served quick, the price is affordable. If you travel around Edison, New Jersey, this is one place you can go to. Enjoy!“
