“The blizzards are delicious. However, the fudge bars are horrible. The only reason that the fudge bars are not good from this location is they are covered in thick layers of ice due to the way that they stock them in a freezer that gets condensation. I wish i could add a pic to my review then the store gives a problem to replace it with a fresh bar.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “Our youngest daughter is home for the weekend from college, she wanted froyo. We searched a few places 1 that was closed and the 2nd had no froyo.
We found Frozen Love. It was further than we expected but let me tell you.
Was more than worth it. First let me start with the small clean shop. I always check for an uncleaned spill or garbage spilling out the can. The counters are excellently kept. No dust anywhere that I can see (even behind the register)
2nd of all let me tell you about the family member welcome that my wife, Daughter and I received from Moe.
His warmth, genuine smile and charm made us all 3 relaxed and comfortable in asking to try all of the 6 flavors they have(but flavors change every 2 weeks)
The 1st one I tried was the coconut.
And it was coconut. Not overly sweet but just enough.
Then I tried the lemon. Tasted like it was scooped right from the fruit.
All in all I give this small in size but huge in heart establishment Froyo place of the year...
Did I mention they make the froyo in-house and it's Greek style!
I love frozen yogurt. I like the franchise ones. But this little spot has won me over in just 1 visit..

I got the Lemon mixed with Coconut and the original Tart flavor topped with Passionfruit and pomegranate boba..

“My daughter had a play date and her new best friend lives near by this ice cream place, it's a hidden gem they prepared the rolled ice cream and the bubble crepes fresh right in front of you, you got to be a little patience as sometimes there is a line and the 2 servers is doing their very best to prepared all orders according to what received, we ordered Nutella rolled and strawberry banana crepes and both devoured by our kids and both loves it so much, my daughter already asking me to comeback so we can try a different ice cream menu, inside the place is organized and clean, both server is really helpful, I have no complaint with service and everything is delicious, we will definitely coming back soonest.“

“Malibu with cherry Italian Ice. May I saw the service is above & Beyond. Fast and very respected. Makes the customer feel good and its a guarantee of coming back with the entire family and share with others. Lots of different choices and there are little tables to eat outside the ice cream shop. I will say a family in front of me: the mama dropped her ice cream by mistake while carrying the others for her children and they literally gave her a brand new one with no charge! Other places they will charge 😆 but not Ralph's so go check them out this summer you wont regret it. 😉“

“The most amazing experience ever. Can’t say enough. Both Mary and Philip are the sweetest and were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t charge me a single cent. I got the same order for the following week and they did an absolutely amazing job. The BEST CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES EVER!!!!
