“Randomlu stopped here for a breakfast bagel. The location was convenient for me and I was happy to see how clean it was inside and the staff were nice. Once I gave my order my food was quickly prepared. I will be stopping here again when I am in the neighborhood.“

“I have been going to this location for over 6 years; the staff has always provided fast, and courteous customer service. Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. Thank you for remembering the extra jelly, and for looking out for me throughout these past years. The timely customer services skills are "Greatly" appreciated; it has saved me from being late for work on many mornings.

Parking: 2 lots for parking with a quick in and out process.

“This particular Dunkin' Donuts is Always my first stop every morning. Staff makes orders fresh and with precise efficiency - accuracy that is unbelievably great considering the amount of people that come thru this popular travel center every day.

These workers deal with more than meets me the eye and handle it with professional and courteous actions and communication.
In a rush? I recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app, however don't be upset if there is still a delay or wait involved.

Plenty of transit police/security that efficiently handle thehoneless population from theft or inappropriate actions.

“As wonderfully "entertaining" Nwk Penn station can be, I prefer to wait for my shuttle over here and I order my Caramel Macchiatto via the Dunkin app, to save time and makes me feel like if I'm at the airport, bout to board a plane and go somewhere! The second time I came here, they didn't put any napkins or anything in the bag for my donut. The coffee was extremely hot, but I guess it can be expected. “Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. I got an iced coffee & a donut delicious cinnamon donut with blueberry deliciousness inside ? I didn't get the donut and couldn't get thru calling the store so I called the 800 customer service number 2 tell them I'd come get it Monday & customer service still sent a complaint in2 the store.

The manager is very familiar with me and he told me no worries come bk & get them anytime.

“Come here fairly often. Even when it's busy the food comes out properly. My only complaint would be the arrangement of the drive through. Traffic gets a little nuts in the am. They also run out of donuts fairly quickly. In the years I've been coming here I've only had maybe 1 or 2 orders messed up.“

“This is a review of The Dunkin’ Donuts outlet in Terminal C on airside after security near to gate 115. Even though it is a small outlet, it carries all the usual DD products and drinks. The sole staff member is very friendly and helpful but, as she was on her own when I went, it’s not the place to go if you’ve only got a little time before your flight departs. If you have the time, though, you’ll find it matches the usual good DD standards.“

My favorite Dunkin spot is the Maplewood Springfield Ave location. I noticed my fav workers aren't there so if they start messing up, I know exactly where to go.“

There is an information station there and a ticket booth to get the correct tickets you would need. We used New Jersey transit trains which made it simple to travel. We will use this station again when traveling to New York City.“
