“Had their food for the first time the other day as takeout. Staff was very nice. Food was good. I had the gyro sparta wrap...very good I also tried their rice pudding. It was very good but I think $7 for a cup is pricey. I would go back to try other dishes.“

“I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. Thank you so much Demi for a great experience.“

“Went with my family, chicken was very dry, order Giro, meat was so lemon induced, all the food only think you tasted was lemon. Horrible, if that is what you like this is the place for you. But my wife has celiac so the gluten free food works perfectly for her. That is the only positive thing“

“We love the cheesecake here!! We’ve tried lots of places that offer cheesecake but this place stood out the most. Every time we are craving something this is our go to place and it’s pretty close by as well. A lot of options to choose from and the service is great! Dyvia (not sure if I spelled it right) at the store did a wonderful job too!“

“I did take-out for Nostimo yesterday -- BEST grilled octopus salad I ever had in my life. It was just so tender -- and perfect! And the "small" Greek salads were a hefty-size, they seemed like large. The guy handling the orders was nice. I will definitely come back!“

“My family frequently orders breakfast delivery from Oscars. Their food is delicious with generous portions and delivery is always quick. Our favorites are the French toast, omelettes and Taylor ham cheese and egg sandwich. Their French toast is especially yummy. Better than any other breakfast place I’ve tried. I’ve also ordered lunch, and our favorites are the chicken fingers and turkey burger. The chicken fingers are large and juicy. Their wings are also good.“

“I’ve passed here several times and have been wanting to try it. I finally had a chance today and I am so glad I did! The atmosphere of the restaurant is so cute. I ordered a chicken Gyro bowl to go. She put it in this cute box And everything was organized perfectly! The chicken is so tasty, the shepherd salad is amazing, and the pitas Are so good! Try it, you definitely won’t be disappointed!!“

“I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice. Shame because me and my girlfriend are from out of town and waited outside for almost 2 hours. If they correct punctuality, I would give it five out of five stars because the food is phenomenal.“

“While looking for a quick lunch bite, I decided to try out this new Greek restaurant in McGinley square.
Upon entry, you can make an order on their kiosks. However, you cant pay by app or make a customization there.
Their bowls for $11.95 initially caught my eye. They had an all day $8 gyro sandwich promo too, but I wanted a bigger serving so I went for the beef kebab with rice/fries and Tzatziki sauce.
The serving size was great with a large beef portion and generous sides.
They have a large, clean seating area with tables. They also have child high chairs available.
Although they don't have servers, the clerk was nice enough to come assist with requests for things like a condiments.
Overall, the food was very good, the prices were reasonable, and the service was good. I'll definitely visit again!“

“Our waitress Claire, was an absolute sweetheart! She was the nicest, and was very attentive, and made sure our food came on time. The price was unbeatable for the amount of food we had. As a Jersey City born and raised (from journal square and west side) I had no idea this place even existed! Food was delicious. It’s a definitely a hidden gem and look forward to coming here again.“

“If you’re looking for fresh, authentic and delicious Greek food, this is it!! I was greeted by an attentive, friendly staff that provided exactly what we ordered. Everything was hot and packaged to perfection. The pork gyro was absolutely spectacular with the works: tender, flavorful meat, French fries, tzatziki, Tomatoes and onions on soft pita bread. You will not leave this place disappointed. Thank you Plaka Souvlaki!“

“Had a really lovely visit today to Pappardello. We’ve been many times, but today when we arrived, we learned they had a new chef who had recreated the menu. We really enjoyed the brunch style items they added (my husband had Florentine Benedict and I had the French toast) and Chef Alexander brought out tastes of a few other new dishes for us. It’s clear he’s very committed and passionate to his work, and we are excited to enjoy the new version of Pappardello!“

“This is my regular place to go for lunch at work. The Falafel pita with baba ghanoush is my go to Vegan option there. Wish there was a wider selection of vegan proteins. The staff is friendly, and they always have some music playing. The service is fast too, and it's never a long wait. I can highly recommend this place.“
