Great variety rich in flavor and presentation. Not to mention that the service is excellent with genuinely welcoming people.

“Stayed in Newark for a few days to visit NYC and this place was right around the corner. The kid is nice and the sushi was so good so we went two nights in a row. I 100% recommend the Philadelphia roll (my fav). We also got the fried pork dumplings, shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll, & miso soup. Everything tasted very good and the people were nice!“

“The Food is Wonderful!
The atmosphere is intimate, but Great Vibes. (The venue has 2 levels; downstairs dining area and upstairs lounge area.)
They offer Hookah as well.
There is room for improvement however, as some of the staff in the dining area, don't speak English well, so they require assistance from other staff members when taking an order.
Wouldn't hurt if Drinks were a pinch stronger as well.
Overall, I enjoy myself everytime I visit.“

“I enjoyed the rolls that I ordered the last time I was in town, and made it a point to go back again this trip. I was not disappointed! This time, I ordered the spider roll, dragon roll and sakura roll. All three were fresh and flavorful. Prices are fair. I'll be back!“

“Staff isn't extremely friendly, but I picked up a takeout order not too long ago. I was very skeptical due to the reviews I have been reading. When it comes to wait time, everyone is pretty spot on. I waited almost an hour for my order, they told me pick up in 30 minutes and I was still waiting there 20-25 minutes after the time I was told to arrive.

Prices are insanely cheap for what you are getting. The sushi wasn't the highest quality and the rice on some of my rolls and nigiri were harder than other pieces. But all of this for $23 and it didn't smell fishy or taste off (plus no one got sick) is a fair win in my books.“

“Fast and easy meal that is a pleasure to watch being made. The chefs really know their craft. the noodles are the perfect degree of softness and the teriyaki sauce has the perfect hit of sweetness which complements the shrimp and chicken. They're vegetables are perfectly cooked and not too crunchy. I loved coming here when I worked in Newark.“
