I got the two legs of chicken with salted egg yolk and I got to enjoy the salted egg yolk flavor on fried chicken with very crispy skin and juicy meat. I do miss the size of the brooklyn location but the food still hit the spot“

“Great experience, i had the chance to speak with the owner which walk me through his process of how he makes the chicken, he uses home grown seasoning, which i noticed once i tried the chicken, i was amazed by how delicious it tastes, portions are great compared to the price, the tiramisu is the cherry on top, usually almost everywhere the tiramisu is ordered or bought, his tiramisu is homemade which is sooo delicious, definitely worth it of stopping by and trying!“

“Really delicious food! I came here to try the Polo Better known as Plov or بخاري as they call it in the Middle East.

Ended up trying the Noodles, Manta (better known as Mantu) Lamb Skewers. The manta was the best I ever had in the states! Everything was really delicious!

Since they didn’t have what I came for the chef came out with red tea, which is also really good. This is my go to restaurant whenever I am in the FIDI. I cannot recommend enough! This is one of my all time favorite restaurants in NYC.“

“Everything was spectacular. We got the Disco Fries with caviar and they were phenomenal. Got the chicken bites and fries for my kids, they are super picky and rarely eat but they wolfed them down. The chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Crazy surprise was the burger. You wouldn’t expect a chicken spot to have a burger this incredible. Hands down the best burger I have had in Brooklyn and I have had pretty much every hyped burger you could name. I can’t speak highly enough of this place!“

“I’ll start by saying the food was absolutely outstanding. Everything from the chicken, all the sides, and even the salad was incredibly delicious.

However I don’t know that I would recommend this place for large groups. The biggest problem was that it was incredibly loud and hard to hear in there. Like actual shouting to hear the person next to you, it’s really difficult to talk to anybody not immediately next to you (and even then it’s not easy to hear).

Our service also wasn’t great, they set down our food and didn’t come back to the table for like 30 minutes and they only refilled our water when asked. All this is frustrating when you’re getting hit with the mandatory 20% gratuity for groups (which is fine but at the very least keep the waters filled and ask us if we want more drink orders).“

“Dropped in for just a snack and got the Crab Rangoons which for some reason I feel are so hard to come by in nyc. These were great! The filling was smooth and had nice flavor, and the dough was very very crispy which is what makes or breaks a rangoon for me so I was happy about that. My only gripe was that the amount of sauce was sooo small and definitely not enough!

Also had a Thai Tea which was not too dense and rich, it was more of a refreshing and lighter, yet still creamy thai tea which was exactly what I needed in the moment so it hit so well.“

To find an excellent poached chicken in Bangkok 🇹🇭it’s a mission so to find one , in the east village is a beautiful and tasty surprise. I had the KHAO MAN GAI - poached chicken 🍗 and the Gai Yang- grilled chicken 🍗. The chicken was tender and juicy , was cooked perfectly and it’s the same for the grilled and the poached, the sauce was spicy 🌶️ and reminded me the streets of Bangkok 🇹🇭the rice and the soup as well were rich, perfect balanced and delicious. The restaurant stands tall on delivering the promise of her name. Authentic Thai 🇹🇭 food. “For a place in the middle of a block, it just shines through the chicken was absolutely tender fell off the bone season properly. Had a salad with it. That is an artist beautiful put together did take out which was very fast. The rice beautiful the beans were kidney beans and prepared beautifully. You mix the rice and the beans together and use your spoon and you have a wonderful dish. a chicken is spectacular. Got the Kona cola which is delightful and very hard to get goes very well with the meal. Definitely a must place for everybody to go to much better than the Supermarket chickens. Of course they have many other things on the menu and I’m sure that they were just as equally good come on by say hi and the way we go.“

“The atmosphere and music at this location is awesome! The workers were really chill and nice too and gave me recommendations of what to get. Their sandwiches were delicious, I got the Nashville Hot and it was spicy and well cooked. Also their hush puppies are so good with their remoulade sauce. My friend got the wings and said they were tough though, so I would be cautious about ordering those.“
