“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“Was tired and saw perfect location of this shop in times sq. I wanted vegan but have only had tubs not in person. The first girl let me try flavors and then the cashier guy answered some questions. Both were nice and quick so 5 stars! I gave 4 for atmosphere because its tiny and not space to sit or restroom for customers but otherwise Would go back.

“My favorite sweet spot in town. They’ve added cookies to the menu and I’m so happy because I love a great cookie and they definitely deliver that. My favorite is the red velvet and I also love the chocolate chip. They make a speciality cookie monthly which always piques my interest. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

Staff is friendly.The two (2) complaints that take away a star:Definitely coming back here, but not as often as I would like, because it’s kinda pricey. $30 for two (2) scoops on a cone; and 2 midsized cups.Employees need to wear restaurant caps to cover their heads when serving; specially while styling long/braided hair. “First time here and I loved that this place used to be a old pharmacy, the look is still there from a time long past gone.
The decor is definitely one of the reasons why you should definitely check this place out.
I went there on a excruciatingly hot evening and ordered a milkshake. My only complaint is that I had to wait nearly a half hr for this milkshake because the waitress forgot my order, I'll let it slide only because it was super busy that evening but they definitely need to pay closer attention to orders.
On a side note even though I thoroughly enjoyed my milkshake (once I finally received it) this place is expensive even for a milkshake so be prepared for that.
I'll definitely give them a shot again if I'm in the neighborhood.“
