For the entrée, the Beef Bourguignon was exceptional—tender beef cooked in burgundy wine with mushrooms, bacon, onions, and croutons served over creamy mashed potatoes. The Capellini Ratatouille was also a standout, bursting with fresh flavors and a perfect balance of vegetables.
Make sure to order the Grand Marnier Soufflé as soon as you sit down—it’s the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. This is French dining at its finest, and I highly recommend it!“

“This is my go to place for lunch or dinner whenever I need something quick whether for myself or my family. They have the best legumes in town. I love their soursop juice, spaguetti with hot dogs, fritay. I've been going there for years now. Owners are very nice, friendly and hardworking.“

We have had 5 outstanding experiences at this new French establishment... everything is delicious --duck confit salad to foi gras to chicken liver pate` to roasted beet salad to salmon tartare... the steak frites and hamburger are the BEST around!  The menu changes and reflects the great care that goes into each dish. The sides are also fantastic!  Brussels, broccoli, and macaroni gratines, the fries in duck fat are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!  Wine selection, too, is excellent. Overall, this place is spectacular --decor is gorgeous and immaculate and service is equal to the best NYC attentiveness... Owner Jonathan is so charming and a true professional with an amazing pedigree in the restaurant biz. They now have a brunch menu that looks fantastic!  Tuesday night is a special martini and burger night!  Absolutely LOVE this place!“

“Brassiere in Tenafly, NJ. What a lovely lunch I had here the other day. I truly felt like I was in Paris-sitting outside, eating onion soup and enjoying the ambiance. This French American bistro has been serving its local customers for years. The food was delicious and Brassiere serves an amazing burger. Octopus appetizer, Pasta Bolonase delicious and generous. The venue itself is charming, with Michels own artwork as decor. We were visiting from out of town, otherwise this would be a favorite to frequent.“
