“We go for the all you can eat and it is always an amazing experience. The food is fresh & delicious and the service is outstanding. In today’s world they have managed to keep the pricing so reasonable. We went tonight and my kids were treated like royalty (and they don’t even eat sushi) the whole staff was incredible and we were so grateful. We’ve had very different experiences at sushi spots when it comes to the service.. this place is a gem. Translated from Japanese, meaning “looks beautifully flavored,” my partner and I decided to stop for a quick bite at this establishment situated on a busy Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights.

Upon entering this clean and relaxed vibe as first-timers to Oishi Sushi, we had the entire place to ourselves and decided on a table by the window. They also have a small stool area in front of the sushi chefs.

Their extensive menu comprises a range of sushi rolls, sashimi, and bento boxes.

We opted for the Seaweed Salad, Avocado Roll, and Vegetable Lover Roll.

Food was excellent, presented well, and using the freshest quality ingredients. The Seaweed Salad was a tad salty; otherwise, everything tasted deliciously good. The price and portions were reasonable. The service was quick; the staff was friendly and courteous.

Since then we are regulars, we all love it - my husband and 3 daughters. We celebrate almost all of our family birthdays here - it’s always a good time. They always have something fun going on, most recently we attended their Anniversary party and everyone who attended had the opportunity to win a prize . They really appreciate their customers . “I just found PJ Sushi in Fort Lee recently (first heard about it on Facebook), and I've already been back twice in one week. Their lunch special is PROBABLY the best sushi deal around. Plus, the owners are super sweet. I called in a pickup order today but ended up deciding to eat some sushi right there in the restaurant. My baby started fussing and I had to feed him, and the owner noticed and was so kind. She even walked me to my car and helped me get my takeout settled while I put the baby back into the car. Prices reflect food quality. Be prepared to pay for the best all around Japanese food in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

They run it like fine dining, not like a casual sushi bar. So they have strict rules around noise, noisy kids, and cell phones. Don't expect to bring your kid and set him up with an ipad with the volume on. Seems reasonable. No outside food, no exceptions. Seems reasonable.

The servers were polite, no issues in this department.
