I’m not gonna make a review about the “environment” of a taco truck and make them feel obligated to my seating needs for that I’ll just to a RESTAURANT it’s a perfect grab and go. The staff is very friendly and hard working people, for as busy as they get their customer service is consistently great. I want to mention how hard it is to find authentic AL PASTOR TACOS that are supposed to be made like how they make it here. The tortilla is always fresh, the meat is seasoned perfectly and you can tell by the color on the meat and the salsa verde is also perfect if you are into spicy fresh homemade salsa just the right texture not watery like others that I’ve had around the area.“

“Have been wanting to try this spot for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. The meat was seasoned well, moist and smoky. Don’t sleep on the eggplant skewer and the grilled rice ball though. The rice ball was slightly crispy on the outside, but kinda fluffy on the inside. Each grain of rice was plump, very well cooked. The chef and owner was attentive and I could tell he set a high standard for himself. What a treat on the weekend!“

“They were contacted 4 days before an event for 50 people and killed it! 4 different protein tacos with all the appropriate accompanying Taci additions, including an amazing pickled onion/chile combo. Also served with rice and their super flavorful birria dipping juice. The staff was 2 people who came and set up a tent and multiple prep tables and babout an hour before. The consommé was to die for - totally perfect. I’ve spent WAY more money in midtown (Amor Loco, rated 4.7 RIP) for Birria Tacos whose consommé was absolutely flavorless and super oily. This was had richness from bone broth or something. Totally satisfying and not overly salty either.

Idk why people sleep on actual good food and go wild for hypes.
