But when we arrived, the atmosphere was just what we were looking for; not too packed, but just enough we can get through to the back where the live band was playing. Service was prompt as I ordered at the bar most of the night and the bartenders were delightful. If you're looking for a night out, consider this place on your list!“

“I had a birthday party there on Saturday night, November 4. 50 of my closest friends and family were there and raved about everything. The food is out of this world. If you haven’t dined there, do yourself a favor and get there as quickly as you can. Danny runs a very welcoming place for people to gather and share stories. JoJo and Ryan behind the bar are so friendly and accommodating and last night the Koverups played, which just was the icing on the cake. Fabulous band! Will go Back. “I have not really eaten a full meal at Union Hall for years, since I had always just found it mediocre. However, since one of my favorite bars, The Stewed Cow, changed ownership and most of the staff moved over to Union Hall, I now frequent the place, though mainly for drinks. The restaurant is spacious and modern with excellent views of the Hudson riverfront. Besides being the friendliest folks, the new staff has become really dedicated to updating the beverage menu seasonally, which I appreciate, as it leads to fresher ingredients and consistently new things to try. On the current winter cocktail list, I adore the Vanilla Chai Old Fashioned with bourbon, vanilla, chai, and lemon. The more feminine take on the classic drink offers a more delicate sweetness, while still packing a punch. The Winter in Oaxaca is another gem. The menu states that it includes mezcal, agave, coffee liqueur, and coconut milk, but they left out the fact that there is also a swirl of chocolate sauce in it, making it like a boozy milkshake. Both drinks are divine! At times, I have also further indulged by pairing my cocktails with some of their crispy, thin fries, which are very addicting. If you had given Union Hall a visit in the past, but been on the fence about enjoying it, I would definitely recommend giving it another shot now!“

“The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is very welcoming. We were seated and given menus right away. Our server offered some suggestions and told us her favorite. We ordered a Passion Fruit Margarita and a Sex with the captain. Both drinks were very good and the Margarita was part of the happy hour. We a second round, they were both well made and strong. We ordered one appetizer the Ribeye Steak egg rolls, and for our main dish we ordered the honey jerk chicken stuffed with shrimp Rasta pasta. The drinks were delicious and strong. I had never heard of or had Ribeye egg rolls, very juicy and seasoned well. The chicken was delicious, the Rasta pasta was so creamy, the seasoning on the pasta, shrimp and chicken were pure perfection. Needless to say I didn’t have any room for dessert. although they have a great selection. Visit them today and don’t delay. The owner is very gracious and humble, wishing him continued success in everything he does!!“

“Food and service are def 5 stars. The view and atmosphere here is incredible. Great flavor with a good price for the area. Food comes quick and fresh. The menu is simple, But great. The bar selection is perfect. Seats are comfy and there is plenty of room inside or outside. They work as teams and won’t cut corners, they are always checking on you. Def recommending this place to friends and family. Parking is around the area, and I did not see a valet service. I have reviewed pretty much most restaurant in this area and I and Very happy with my experience here. See you On my next trip.“
